Fue muy agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Es un espacio muy tranquilo y en silencio, puedes disfrutar de su patio muy lindo

Cons:

Me tocó en una habitación que daba hacia la calle y era muy caliente la habitación, usamos el ventilador , pero no era suficiente

Fabulous
Pros:

The room was beautiful, large, & clean. They have us bottled water & a free bottle of wine.

Cons:

The soap holder in the shower could not hold anything & kept falling down. The water for the shower was not hot the first night, but was warm the rest of the stay. The staff were friendly & helpful. The location is spectacular.

We were overall satisfied with the room, just expected it to be fancier for the price

Cons:

The lighting, I like to read before bed. The room only had two insufficient overhead lights. I prefer a lamp by the bed!
The bathroom definitely needs a fan to remove smells, the bathroom doesn’t have full walls

Good hotel with a good price
Pros:

The location was amazing!
The deal with the parking place was super convenient and close by

Cons:

There were no windows in the room just the door and it was very loud every time guests will arrive and the room couldn't be completely dark as the light was coming through the door .
The tv was super slow and complicated .

La ubicaciòn, muy cerca de todo y de facil acceso a los lugares màs pintorescos de San Miguel de Allende.

Cons:

La carencia de un estacionamiento, hay que camindar dos cuadras para dejar el coche, ademàs que lo tenìamos que dejar antes de las 7 p.m. lo que impedìa que cenaramos en lugares alejados del hotel.

Su ubicación, tranquilidad tenery comodidad; la atención del personal

Cons:

Tener que salir con mi equipaje a las 6 am porque no podía regresar antes de las 12 horas. Ni siquiera para bañarme, cambiarme y descansar un rato.

Was ok but not the best
Pros:

Very centric, easy to walk to other places

Cons:

The tv was in a room apart from the bedroom, there was no ventilation in the room and also the WiFi didn’t reach any signal in the bedroom
