Adecuado para un par de noches sin mucho lujo pero para estar cerca del centro
Desayuno después de las 9am, el personal poco atento
The connection of wifi and the kindness of Ms. Jaque and Mr. Angel.
When I made the booking online, the only option available was a twin-bed room because there were two of us staying in the room, so I selected that option. However, when we arrived, Ms. Jaque told us that our room had been upgraded. I do not understand how it was considered an upgrade when the booking showed a twin-bed room, but we were given a queen-bed room instead.
I also looked at some of the neighboring rooms and found that they were much nicer. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us appeared to be one of the least attractive rooms in the property.
Another disappointing issue was the bathroom. The top part of the bathroom wall was open, making it far from private. Whenever someone used the toilet, the odor spread throughout the room.
The breakfast was also disappointing. We were served only one small portion of eggs. When we requested an additional order, we were charged extra for it.
Lastly, the water from both the faucet and the shower was very cold. We had to report the issue to the receptionist, and we were told that they needed to adjust something in another room before hot water would become available in our room.

La atención del personal, que siendo muy poca gente que hace de todo, siempre mostraron excelente disposición.
El baño de la habitación, la regadera imposible de usar sin inundar todo el baño, pues es excesivamente pequeño

A equipe foi muito solicita, fizeram de tudo para que fosse uma experiência boa com a cidade, recomendaram lugares para conhecer, estavam sempre a disposição... O hotel é lindo, não tem luxo, tem casa. O hotel está bem no centro da cidade, a chegada foi um pouco turbulenta porque é difícil vaga na frente do hotel para baixar as coisas, o estacionamento gratuito que oferecem fica em umas ruas próximas, mas foram incríveis, me ajudaram com nossas malas enquanto meu marido foi estacionar.
Fomos em uma semana bem quente, e o quarto em que estávamos pegava sol durante o dia. Um ventilador só não dava conta do trabalho.
El hotel muy pintoresco, el personal muy amable, ubicado muy cerca del centro, cercano a muchos restaurantes, bares y puntos de interés, las habitaciones muy bonitas, solo que no tenían aire acondicionado y estaba haciendo mucho calor, el personal fue muy amable al conseguirnos abanicos

Siento un poco expuestas las habitaciones pero se resuelve bien con las cortinas
El alojamiento está en pleno centro de la ciudad y por lo tanto se puede ir caminando a cualquier lugar porque está muy cerca. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que la habitación del piso superior tenía un ventilador que no funcionaba adecuadamente para las 5 personas que dormimos ahí y a pesar que se solicitó que se cambie no hubo ayuda adicional.
Por le valor que se paga se podría incluir más cosas en el desayuno porque un café y chilaquiles no es suficiente, en otros hoteles hay más variedad.

No tienen estacionamiento, el día que llegas, te escriben en la mañana para decirte que si llevas carro mandes tus datos para que no tengas problemas cuando dejes el carro en un estacionamiento a dos cuadras, donde tienes que dejar las llaves y no puedes sacarlo después dejes las 7pm y tampoco puedes dejar nada dentro porque no se hacen responsables. Fue bastante molesto ya que llevábamos mucho equipaje porque san Miguel fue nuestra última parada y solo pasamos una noche ahí, por lo que tuvimos que cargar todo hasta el hotel, nadie te ayuda. Al otro día salimos temprano y nunca hicieron mención del desayuno que incluían, tienes que avisar media hora antes al estacionamiento para poder tener tu carro.
Es un hotel boutique, comodo, buen servicio y excelente ubicacion. Nos encanto
