A beautiful and stylish hotel with great potential and a lovely atmosphere, but the overall experience is currently held
Pros:

The property is genuinely beautiful, with a very stylish design and a great atmosphere overall. The staff were also very kind in allowing us to do an early check-in after our flight arrived early, which we really appreciated. The Sunday brunch was particularly enjoyable and much better organized than the regular breakfast service.

Cons:

A significant number of staff members spoke very little or no English, which made communication difficult at times. It was also noticeable that the hotel was still operating in low season, with several areas closed or still under construction or maintenance. The gym is outdated and does not match the otherwise upscale feel of the property. Food and drink prices were surprisingly high, even by Western European standards, although this seems to be common in this particular region of Turkey. Breakfast was probably the most confusing part of the stay: on regular days there is no buffet, and nobody clearly explained what was included and what would incur extra charges. The menu also gives the impression that guests are limited to two dishes from the egg section, which makes the breakfast feel unnecessarily restricted and not very varied. Any additional items outside those options are charged separately, which was not clearly communicated.

Sehr außergewöhnliche, ästhetische und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und zu jeder Zeit hilfreich.
Der Strand ist glasklar, das Essen ist eine 10/10 und die Zimmer sind blitz-blank sauber.
Es war generell eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und sind mit einem traurigen Augen abgereist.
Wir werden nur noch dieses Hotel in Cesme bevorzugen.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, speaks good English, and is always ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and clean, and they have all the necessary amenities, including a Marshall speaker. Each room has a stunning terrace with a private bathroom. The breakfasts were huge, varied, and delicious. We also received a delicious dessert as a complimentary treat on our first day of stay. We had dinner at the same hotel, and the portions were large and the food was delicious. Guests of the hotel have the opportunity to attend all the parties, so I recommend staying for the weekend to experience them.

Pros:

Die Bungalows sind wirklich sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts.
Am Strand wird man bedient und die Auswahl ist wirklich toll. Umut vom Empfang hat uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben und auch direkt das Taxi organisiert. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt sehr!

We had a fantastic experience at Before Sunset Hotel in Çeşme. The hotel’s design is truly outstanding — it blends the relaxed, bohemian charm of Tulum and Ibiza with the elegance of the Turkish Aegean coast. Every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, has been thoughtfully curated to create a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.
The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and vibrant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, offering warm and attentive service throughout the stay — Turkish hospitality at its best! Special thanks to Tayfun bey, Yağmur hanım & Emir bey, also for my husband’s birthday surprise. Much appreciated.

The hotel is located directly on the beach, which makes it ideal for those looking to enjoy the sea and sun. Right next to the hotel there is a beautifully designed beach club, which complements the hotel’s aesthetic perfectly. It’s a great spot to unwind with excellent food and delicious cocktails, all served in a lively yet laid-back setting.
Downtown Çeşme and Alaçatı are very easy to reach by car.
Overall, Before Sunset Hotel offers a unique and memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish beachfront escape in Çeşme. We will definitively be back!

We liked how beautifully designed the hotel is, with stylish rooms and a perfect beachfront setting. We also loved the warm hospitality, delicious food, and serene atmosphere, it made the stay truly relaxing and memorable. The front desk team (Gul, Yagmur, Hilal, and Hassan) were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and created such positive vibes that we left with kisses and hugs.

Cons:

The restaurant staff could be more fluent in English to make communication smoother. We also wish the massage hours were more flexible (towards end of day) and that there was an option for a couple’s massage, as we were informed they only have one masseuse.

Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her ihtiyacımızda yanımızda oldular. Bu samimiyet ve ilgi sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten çok rahat hissettik.

Odamız beklediğimizden çok daha genişti, tertemiz ve çok ferah bir ortama sahipti. Temizlik ve düzen konusunda en ufak bir eksik yoktu.

Bahçesi ayrı bir huzur köşesi… Hem bakımlı hem de çok keyifli bir atmosferi vardı.

Beach kısmını da özellikle belirtmek isterim. Denizi çok güzeldi, plaj tertemizdi ve oradaki hizmet gerçekten çok kaliteli. Servis hızlıydı, yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve çalışanların ilgisi burada da eksiksizdi.

Ayrıca late check-out yapmak isteyenlere sundukları samimiyet ve imkanlar bizi çok mutlu etti. Misafirlerini inanılmaz güzel ağırlıyorlar, kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Özellikle Hilal ve Umut beye bu konu da teşekkür ederiz.

Kısacası hem otel hem de beach bölümüyle her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Güler yüz, temizlik, lezzet, huzur… Hepsi bir aradaydı. Bizim için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu, tekrar gelmek için şimdiden sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Cons:

Beach alanında sadece küçük bir detayı paylaşmak isterim; bazı garsonların bardakları dudak kısmından tutarak servis ettiklerine birkaç kez şahit olduk. Devamlı bir durum değil, yalnızca birkaç kez denk geldik. Küçük bir eğitimle kolayca çözülebilecek bir konu, onun dışında her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.
