Pros:

The hotel is in VIP road which made it easier to find it's location . Also the rooms and washrooms were too good and spacious . The vibes were so peaceful.

Cons:

The staff didn't seem like interested in helping us. I ordered food from Swiggy and due to some wrong location issue, he reached to a different location. As I was new there, I was unable to give a good idea about the nearby landmarks so I asked one of the staff to take the call and talk with the delivery person but he refused

No Lift for 1st Floor. Carrying laguagge is difficult to 1st Floor. Need some staff assistance if they provide then it would cherry on Cake.

Best property, I like the most as it was a charitable trust running which they maintained very well.

Best property, I like the most as it was a charitable trust running which they maintained very well. A lot of orphans are in survival stage due to them. Thanks to you (Naloli building, Bequest stays) for making us a tiny part of it.
