Pros:

There is no breakfast and meal arrangement, but the place is very neat and clean and well maintained. Washroom is very clean and pretty big. Walking distance from railway station. A comfortable stay for pocket friendly budget.

Cons:

It would have been better, if food had been provided there. One have to go outside for food.

Decent Stay just keep in mind it is not a hotel
Pros:

Location is good, Free Parking Facility, Very Home like vibes, Garden for early morning walk, Bathrooms were very neat and Clean, No Outside Disturbance, Felt safe and Family Friendly

Cons:

No RO water facility available though clean drinking water is bare minimum, a bit of a lack of transparency as the Dormitory was given to us saying the 1 of the rooms we booked had Toilet issue on the day of arrival and Then we came to Know someone was already living there. If I had earlier Known it is run by a trust I shouldn't have confused it with a hotel. All in all it was a decent stay 👍🏻

Comfortable, value for money option near Puri station. Check each room types and amenities offered.
Pros:

It was perfect for my need. I booked the "Superior Triple Room" with private bathroom (not all rooms have private bathroom or the same view). Different room types have different amenities which is clearly mentioned at the time of booking, which needs to be reviewed. Our room and bathroom was very clean. We requested the host that we would be arriving early morning before the scheduled "Check-In" time, to which they responded they will try to accommodate if available. They DID accommodate and we were given the room very early in the morning, which is greatly appreciated. There is no food service (clearly mentioned at the time of booking). The property was clean and beautiful with manicured lawns. The veranda in the first floor remains closed, which we believe is due to monkeys, we saw running around there. All in all, great value for money and clean stay. Railway station is walking distance.

Cons:

Only recommendation would be to provide at least an electric kettle and a couple of tea-bags if possible.
