Pros:

The bed in the Cavendish room was extremely comfortable and I did sleep well, Tracy is very welcoming and helpful and Pickle the dog is very sweet and cute. Tracy did refund me for the night we didn't stay (originally booked for 2 nights) But I changed our plans and the booking was non refundable on booking.com which was most unexpected and appreciated.

Cons:

The floor is extremely uneven and I've not long since had surgery so I struggled to move around comfortably, also the macerator in the bathroom is crazy loud. We would've loved breakfast on the Sunday but the cafe is only open Tues-Saturday disappointingly as the food looked great. There was party going on downstairs which was very loud, it was mentioned that there was a party later, but I hadn't quite anticipated so much noise :/

Very friendly staff, even when they had a function going on downstairs. They went out there way to make me welcome

Poor experience. Not told about no parking and no food to eat.
Pros:

There was no cooked meal provided or no bar food.

Cons:

Very small bedroom and the mattress was uncomfortable.
When we arrived, the bar was closed.
No parking facilities.

Pros:

Nice Location, nice owners, real english style rooms very nice renewed, comfortable and clean, Breakfast very good, I like to stay there when i am in Sudbury

Cons:

unfortunatelly breakfast starts at 9 a.m., so i cant get any if I need to leave early, very nice bar ambiente, but unfortunatelly not open at night currently
