Nightmare! Don't waste your money.
Pros:

I did not like anything. To be honest I hated everything. There is nothing to like. Unclean rooms, bathroom, not even a lock for the room door. Bed was full of dust, bathrooms had hair all over. Taps rusted and lethargic staff.

Cons:

Firstly they don't even have door of the room that you can lock. No lock, no latches. Uncleand bathroom, dusty bed and couch. Hair was there all over the washroom and it seems like it was never cleaned for days. Bed was dusty, room windows have leaks (delhi was cold) taps rusted and unclean to even touch. I checked in and in an hour I checked out, Its a nightmare. Don't waste your money.

Cons:

The toilet had an open cutout which caused the entire toilet to be filled with Mosquitoes. The place was just average

Worst hotel
Pros:

Nothing to like about this property..

Cons:

The receptionist doesn't know how to talk or behave with guests... Washroom had seepage and stinking... Towels given when are for and same for coffee and tea bags... Cattle given was dirty.. curtains are so thin that full sunlight was falling in room.... One window was broken and sound from nearby banquet halls make you mad.... please just don't think about this property.. it's my worst stay at any of the hotels.... horrible

Pros:

Extremely disappointed
I checked in at I P Grand Hotel on the 19th oct at 12:00 PM check in and checked out on the 20th at 8:30 AM. The room had a bad smell, the bed sheet was torn, and the lift was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience while going up and down. I had booked the room online with food included, but when I went to the reception in the morning for breakfast, they refused, saying that the cook was not available. When I told them that food was included in my booking, they said they could only arrange tea from outside.
