spot on for coming off the ship - and flying next day

evening meal was absolutley Chinese - waitress helped us decypher the menu - was a very nice meal

Good for short stay while transit.
Cons:

The complimentary shuttle service between hotel and airport was only in 1 hour interval, and they will stop in 3 hotels, if you don’t know Chinese which may confuse and get off at a wrong hotel.

Perfect for early or night flights
Pros:

Comfortable stay right next to the airport, perfect for an early morning flight. Staying here made it a much more pleasant experience even if my shuttle was at 4am!

Extremely disappointed, there was no place to sleep for one person and terrible communication skill.

Cons:

We booked in for four people but only got beds for three. One double and one single bed. The staff at the reception did not understand any English. One person did not get to sleep. It was very disappointed. After nearly ten hours of flight, we wanted to have rest but could not sleep. They knew that we are four but they sent us to a room for three people. Everything in the room for three people. We booked for four and clearly it was on the booking. We are very upset and want our money back. Terrible stay.

Everything was perfect! From shadow puppet show to the kindest employees. The nicest stay ever!
Pros:

Josline and all of the staff were truly so kind and helpful. I took the painting class and enjoyed it so much! There was nothing I didn’t like about this place!

Cons:

Nothing! It could not of been better. I extend my staff because I loved it so much.
