I lost my power bank in that hotel when I said the same thing to hotel staff and everything they were not entertaining at all.
I told the time I checked out they were skipping my calls and not providing solutions. I am 200% sure my power bank was left in that but I never got it back. Even after informing them. They were saying we will call you in 5 mins again and again. Just to skip it from there. I am really my power bank was there but I lost it because of them. I am also sure cleaning person has took it but they won't ask him regarding the same because they trust them and think customers are lying to them what a cheap mentality. Owner of this hotel just wants money it doesn't matter what happens to you. And also once you have left the room they will treat you as strangers walking on streets.

My booking was final.After reaching there they said we don't consider online booking from Booking.com and asked us to pay double for that room,They are only using Booking.com for advertising their hotel,I don't know why Booking.com not banning these hotels from there site
I am writing to express my absolute outrage and disgust at the pathetic service provided by OYO. I had booked 10 rooms (triple sharing) with OYO for dates Feb 1st to Feb 3rd, 2025, and my reservation was confirmed at Grand Emporio Hotel. However, when I arrived with 30 guests—for my wedding function—we were bluntly denied check-in by the hotel.
To make matters worse, when I initially made the booking, Grand Emporio staff clearly informed me they were sold out for the date. I immediately escalated this to OYO customer care, but your team confidently assured me that there was no issue and I would be able to check in without any problem. I trusted your worthless assurance, thinking that a company of your size would have basic coordination with its partner hotels. But clearly, I was wrong.
Thanks to OYO's sheer incompetence and false promises, my entire wedding function was thrown into chaos. The embarrassment and inconvenience caused in front of my guests is something money can't fix.
Because of your failure, I had to scramble to make last-minute emergency bookings at another hotel, costing me over ₹76000 (excluding breakfast), compared to the original ₹30,000 I paid to OYO. The financial loss and the emotional stress you’ve caused are beyond unacceptable.
I am demanding the following immediately:
A full refund of ₹30,000 without any excuses.
Compensation of ₹100,000 for the additional expenses I was forced to bear due to your negligence.
A formal written apology from OYO acknowledging this disgraceful mishandling.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will take legal action and ensure this incident is made public across all social media and review platforms. I will make sure everyone knows how unreliable and unprofessional OYO is, especially when handling events as important as a wedding.
This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered, and I expect immediate action from your side.
