Location excellent
Amenities and quality maintenance as well as indifferent attitude.
Location and comfort was excellent.
Some facilities required in the kitchen, like crockery, utensils and microwave for heating food.
I am a frequent traveler as documented by my genius level 3. I have never experienced a worse SCAM: This is not an apartment but a prison with a guard staying 24h in the living room, incl. eating and sleeping in there. Meaning you have ABSOLUTELY NO PRIVACY except in the bedroom. Nothing of this is mentioned on their website.
Additionally, you share the space with other guests.
Importantly, you get no key to access the apt., but have to ring a door bell each time you want to enter it which disturbs the other guests. Occasionally we had to go six floors down to reach for a person to open the door.
Disgustingly, there is NO HOT WATER in the shower!! There was an awful pungent odor in the bedroom and bathroom.
Furthermore, my flight from Europe arrived at after midnight, and my partner whom I invited on this trip arrived some hours earlier. Yet, he was denied access to the apt. even though he offered prove that payment was guaranteed in the booking.com contract by my credit card. In the end my partner had to find another hotel (which was a daunting task on such short notice) to get rest from his exhausting trip.
Facing a no refund policy by booking.com, we were coerced to pay for all nights including the one we missed.
Well maintained apartment with premium looks and comfortable stay.
All floors do not have pantry /kitchen.

I couldn't check in due to regressive policies of the place. They don't allow Unmarried couple, I was travelling with a friend of mine for a college competition. They were not willing to give us a room.
Regressive and rude staff, did not let me check in as I and my friend were not married. Such places should not be able on booking.com, sad state of affairs
