The property had cockroaches and bathroom tap broken no parking no in house restaurant and the free breakfast was provided from roadside joint and that too after an hour of ordering
The staff refused to provide the room we had paid for, making the experience highly unpleasant. The receptionist was rude and ignored the fact that we were two women traveling who had booked in advance to avoid any hassle. Upon checking the poor facilities, we felt unsafe and chose not to stay. Fortunately, some male friends were nearby and helped handle the situation.

Poor and non maintenance of infra and aesthetics. Romms are very smelly and not cleaned properly. Had to complain just to get towels and welcome kit. After 2 reminder got my breakfast. Wifi highly unstable and this is just check in beginning.....

Worst ever room in the history of all rooms. If this is what FabHotel gives, I pity your entire company. Extremely extremely disappointed, room filled with cockroaches literally everywhere in the bed, on the wall, got into our clothes. Extremely rude hotel staff who said he can’t change the room then nor do any cleaning. I stayed there for 2 hours even though I paid for 2 days. Asked for a refund and he said that you don’t do that. So amazing stuff. Absolutely keep it up. If you want to advertise yourself as the worst hotel chain, then yes, you’re doing a great job at it.
