Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage bestens, vor allen Dingen der Ausblick auf den See. Personal der Gaststätte war sehr zuvorkommend und hatte für Extrawünsche ein offenes Ohr.

Cons:

Bedienungsanleitung für die Kombimikrowelle war nicht vorhanden,

Super Suite, nächstes Mal ohne Frühstück
Pros:

Wir haben eine saubere, komfortable und großzügig Suite vorgefunden.
Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und es lagen Handtücher bereit, welche wir jedoch nicht zusätzlich gebucht hatten, nach Nachrichten Austausch über die Plattform, hätten wir diese ohne Aufpreis nutzen können, wir haben jedoch darauf verzichtet.
Die Lage war sehr ruhig.
Direkt am Wasser.
Das nahe gelegene Restaurant war super.
Personal über Informationsaustausch in der Plattform verfügbar, Telefonnummer stand auch zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Der Check Inn hat nicht reibungslos geklappt, trotz Türcode war es nicht möglich die Schlüsselkarten zu empfangen.
Durch Hilfe des Restaurant Personals, selbst deren Schlüsselkarte hat nicht zu Erfolg geführt, konnten wir dann aber noch unsere Schlüsselkarten empfangen und einchecken.

Personal nicht persönlich vor Ort.
Leicht verzögerter Austausch nur digital.

Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach unserer Auffassung nach nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Mittlerweile waren wir schon in diversen Unterkünften, mit Frühstücksbuffet, sodass wir dort Vergleiche ziehen können.
Dieses ist für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen.
Entweder dort muss aufgestockt werden oder am Preis gedreht werden.

Sehr idyllisch gelegen, großzügige Wohneinheiten und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, Check in sehr unkompliziert auch ohne Personal, Betten sehr bequem und ruhig in der Nacht, die Dachsauna sehr zu empfehlen, das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, der Fischverkauf hat sehr frische Fischbrötchen auf die Hand

Cons:

Wollte für Winter 2027 buchen, doch da haben sich bei booking die Preise verdoppelt. Schade, das ist mir trotz der guten Ausstattung dann doch zu teuer.

Wie immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Das bei Booking gebuchte App. wurde schriftlich bestätigt (~80m²).
Allerdings gab es bei Ankunft nur den Schlüssel für ein kleineres App. (~ca. 60m²).
Klären ließ sich bei abendlicher Ankunft natürlich nix.
Und auf Nachfrage an einem der Folgetage hieß es, bei Buchungen über Booking hat man keine Wahlmöglichkeiten, sondern bekommt es zugeteilt, wie es passt.

Damit handelt es sich auf der Buchungsseite schlicht um falsche Angaben, die dringend korrigiert werden sollten, da damit ein falsches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vorgetäuscht wird.

Ohne Frage sind alle App. seeehr schön ausgestattet. Aber wenn man zum 3. Mal da ist, hat man bereits bestimmte Erwartungen u. die wurden diesmal enttäuscht. Und die spektakuläre Aussage, dass man das vermeiden kann, wenn man direkt bucht, finde ich in diesem Zsh. sehr dreist. Der Anbieter ist m.E. in der Pflicht korrekte Angaben zu machen und nichts vorzutäuschen.
