pleasant but difficult to get inform!!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and try to help us as much as they could, considering the language barrier.

Cons:

this hotel is not for western visitors, every sign in everywhere at the hotel is written in Chinese and is so difficult to communicate to anyone because no staff member in the hotel speak any foreign language.

Pros:

Отличный вариант для своей локации, особенно по соотношению цена/качество. Номера находятся на нескольких самых высоких этажах здания. Шума с улицы нет, запахов нет, убираются каждый день с заменой всего и вся. Номера просторные. Вообще, персонал замечательный, все стараются угодить. Можно только высказать пожелания к организации завтраков, но я их толком не застал из-за праздничных выходных, и к тренажёрному залу, добавить пару тренажеров и будет совсем хорошо.

Pros:

Персонал вежливый и старается сделать все зависящее, чтобы гость остался доволен сервисом. Вокруг гостиницы всегда есть что поесть, даже ночью.

Cons:

Даже не знаю, что тут писать. Разве что распоряжение далеко от главных достопримечательностей. Но это не претензия.

Pros:

I have stayed here several times, and the staff is always phenomenal. Mia was so wonderful in helping arranging everything. The rooms are comfortable with fantastic city views.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped with everything I needed for my business trip. The service was good, the room included a dinner meal which was delivered to my room. I drove and parking was free, there is a mall attached which makes it a convenient trip, will stay here again next time.
