Das Personal schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Der Pool war nicht gut gepflegt - schwarze Ablagerungen auf den Fugen. Generell waren einige Polster im Wellnessbereich und auf den Balkonen fleckig. Die Schirme im Poolbereich waren z.T. eingerissen.

The best hospitality experience in 30 years of visiting Croatia multiple times per year.
Pros:

You can see what the rooms, views, spa and other aspects of a hotel are like on the Booking photos, but you can never get a feel for how a place treats its visitors. And The Isolano is really a pleasant surprise in this regard.

I have traveled to Croatia countless of times for the past 30 years. This is the first hotel that prepared a FREE CAKE for my partner the moment they heard she was celebrating her birthday. This was organized by mrs. Tamara at the reception desk as we briefly mentioned to her that my partner is celebrating during our stay.

This is what true hospitality is like. A hotel going out of their way to make guests feel special and make their stay feel incredible.

Cannot recommend this place enough!

Die Lage sowie die Ausstattung waren super. Der Fitnessraum ist für einen Urlaub Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Der Pool ist richtig schön vor allem mit dem Ausblick. Das Restaurant ist besonders empfehlenswert, das Essen ist sehr lecker und super Portionen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Den Spa Bereich kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich diesen nicht genutzt habe.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice kam jeden Tag zu einer unterschiedlichen Uhrzeit sodass, dies sich mehrfach mit unserer Tagesplanung bzw Aufenthalt auf dem Zimmer überschnitten hat. Jedoch war positiv das der Zimmerservice zweimal täglich gekommen ist.

Einfach alles ein Traum. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer 2x nicht geputzt und die Betten waren auch nicht gemacht. Das geht gar nicht. Habe es aber auch in der Rezeption deponiert.

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto rilassanti e piacevoli, scandite dal rumore del mare e impreziosite dalla natura
Pros:

La posizione, il personale, la spa e la spiaggia.

Cons:

In uno scambio di battute tra un turista austriaco e una cameriera della spiaggia ho sentito che la cameriera diceva: “i don’t like italians”.
Essendo italiano non mi ha fatto piacere.

Spa & Pool, Zimmer, komfortables & großes Bett, Frühstücksbereich, Deko & Stil, Lademöglichkeit für e-Auto, vor allem aber sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal 😍

Cons:

Auf den Nachbargrundstücken gibt es nachts immer wieder Lärm (Restaurant, das dann zur Bar mutiert rechts, Lunapark links). Mit den schallisolierten Fenster stört es nicht.

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
Pros:

From the moment of arrival, the staff were on hand and excellent. Every member of staff we encountered were incredibly attentive, professionally trained and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect.

The hotel itself was first class. Modern design, immaculately clean and had everything you could ask for. Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the sea was beautiful. Pool area was great and not over crowded, plus steps down to the beach in front. Around 10 mins walk into the lovely Cres town, where there are plenty of bars, restaurant and shops. We also ate in the restaurant one evening and the food and service was excellent.

Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.....it was perfect in every way!
