The host abruptly cancelled our reservation despite our clear intent to proceed with the booking.

The host abruptly cancelled our reservation despite our clear intent to proceed with the booking. While we initially requested a refund, we later confirmed that we still wanted to push through. However, she unilaterally cancelled the booking and has not resolved our request for a refund.

What’s more alarming is that she posted our personal identification on social media, an unacceptable breach of privacy and shared incomplete screenshots of our conversation, presenting a misleading narrative. To make matters worse, her friends shared the post and made fun of the situation publicly, which was deeply disrespectful and unprofessional.

Despite having time to post on social media, block all our contact numbers, and spread sensitive information, she has made no effort to communicate or resolve the issue with us directly. To date, only the deposit has been refunded.

This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. Her conduct, both online and offline, has been offensive and unprofessional. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with her.

Suggest lang po, extra blanket po next time.. 4 persons po kasi ang nilagay ko nung nagbook ako, kaso lang po 1 lang ang blanket. aside from that all things are great..

lose electricity due to human error of the concierge of the condo..but the owner was on the situation asap and got the power back before bed time. still waiting of the return of my deposit. owner has failed to reply or answer my calls upon checkout

Comfortable Place to Stay
Pros:

Place is clean very comfortable. Quite din yun place. owner/care taker were very accomodating.
Side note: please remind tenants about sa water (may pihitan para lumakas yun tubig). Hinahanap ko yun PS4 hehe wala na siya but other board games and karaoke set was there naman so maeenjoy mo yun stay. May honesty store din sila kapag tamad ka na lumabas.
