The best stay we’ve had.
Pros:

Absolutely everything! It was perfect!

Cons:

I didn’t like that we had to pay to park at first but it was kinda nice to have them park your car for you and bring it back for you.

Great location, Rooms were as pictured.
Pros:

Location was great, the room was as pictured, and the beds were comfy. You pay for the comfort, though. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was sub-par (minor issue), wifi did not work the entire trip, which was very frustrating.

There is NO PARKING. You mast Pay 58$ to park in their parking lot. And they do NoT tell you this prior to arrival.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The room was very nice. We really loved the idea of having 2 rooms since were a family of 5. One very great feature was the complimentary evening snacks that the hotel offers to guests. The breakfast was also amazing.

Cons:

The TVs were not smart and there was a very limited set of TV channels to watch. We would have loved to be able to sign into personal Netflix or YouTube account if the TVs are smart.

Pros:

I liked that it was conveniently across from Toyota Center . In walking distance.

Cons:

As soon as I walked in there was a broken fingernail on the bed . I made a video to show them but I was there for my birthday I was trying to get to the game.

Pros:

The breakfast was average. The size of the rooms was great and spacious. I liked that the rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator. That made us feel like we were at home. The staff was really accommodating if something was not done properly.

Cons:

The hotel is fairly new so there will always be small findings however the staff worked with us to fix any issues that arised.
