اسلوب الاستقبال في بدايه حجزنا واسلوبهم ونحن خارجين من الفندق ....وعند اقامتنا المكيف كان سي ولم يبادروا لارضاءنا ينقلنا الى غرفه ثانيه ..فقط أرسلوا كهربائي ولم يعمل شي .. كان الجو البارد فالخارج هو الذي جعلنا ننام فقط ...
لم يرضيني وجودي فالفندق غير مكان الفندق والجو وطاقم المطعم الممتاز ...مع أنه طاقم الاستقبال يجب أن يكونوا لطفاء ولكن لم اجد هذا الشي

Disappointing
Cons:

very late check in. I reached there at 2pm, but i got my room available at 6 pm.
my room electricity went off, and i had to wait 1 hour to get it fixed. and there was no any other rooms available to shift me into.
when i asked for any complementary gesture for my disappointing stay, no response was given.

Pros:

It is one of the best places to stay in Katmandu. It is away from the noise of the city next to a very nice national park. The staff are amazingly nice. Food is great. Especially the restaurant on the top floor is just amazing. The rooms were very comfortable as well. Highly recommended.
