very late check in. I reached there at 2pm, but i got my room available at 6 pm.
my room electricity went off, and i had to wait 1 hour to get it fixed. and there was no any other rooms available to shift me into.
when i asked for any complementary gesture for my disappointing stay, no response was given.
sorry, i expected better
It is one of the best places to stay in Katmandu. It is away from the noise of the city next to a very nice national park. The staff are amazingly nice. Food is great. Especially the restaurant on the top floor is just amazing. The rooms were very comfortable as well. Highly recommended.

The view is the only saving aspect of this property.
The night manager lied to me. Initially told me premium room was same as the king suite. I had booked one king suite and one-one bedroom suite. He tried to tell me a premium room is same as the king suite then told me the king suite will be in other building and me and my party can’t be near each other. Then he put me in one bed room suite that had stains and smelled so much like beer. It was the dirtiest run down suite I have seen. Stains everywhere and worn down. Hallways are rundown and freezing cold. There is no space you can hang out as a family. There was a college orientation going on and we got harassed by the kids during breakfast. There was no separation or care that other customers have to interact with 100 college students and for morning breakfast it is like a canteen.

The staff are very careful , when i asked to provide the room with the bath 🛀, they upgraded my room to bigger one with same price and beautiful view

There were some but acceptable.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was beautifully light and spacious, and I slept very well. I did not have the breakfast although it looked and smelled delicious. The evening buffet I had once, it is was well priced and tasted good. I do think the staff were the highlight however as they really did attend to every need and I had some good conversation with many of them.
My spa experience was not so good. On the first day I received a massage and it was just very poor. What made it worse was that as soon as the "service was finished" as my masseuse put it, she instantly asked me to fill out a feedback form. Other than that the rest of the spa facilities were okay.
Amazing property and great value for price!!
Needs more lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool.
