サイコー！
Pros:

フロントがすぐに質問とか確認とかに親切に対応されていました。また、シングルの契約なのにツインの部屋にアップグレード（料金そのままで！）してくれたり、ホントに良かったです。

Pros:

朝ご飯の豆腐がとても美味しかった。
お風呂も清潔で湯加減もよく、疲れがとれて助かります。
隣接されてるお食事処が、美味しくまた行きたい。
3回目の宿泊ですが、毎回楽しみしています。

清潔感があった。スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

朝食が6時半からなので食べれなかった。
とくしまマラソンの日の朝食だけおにぎりのお弁当などで早くにいただけるとありがたいです。

大浴場があり、なかには備え付けのシャンプーとリンスの他にも何個か種類を選べたこと。洗濯機、乾燥機が女性の大浴場の中にも備え付けられていたこと。
部屋が広い、朝ごはんがおいしい。

禁煙部屋を予約したつもりが喫煙部屋。ブッキングコムではよくある話。確認不足といえば仕方ない。ひどい匂い、部屋が空いていたが変更出来ず。部屋の臭いの為、睡眠できず、気分を悪くなるし最悪の2日間
