Very convenient location for seeing family in Johnson and on an uncrowded road. Plenty of shops and stores nearby for what we needed, though.
The breakfast was excellent every day, and the gym was fairly well equipped. The rooms were large and had a lot of amenities, including a desk chair, fridge, sink, freezer, and glasses. It was a great place for multiple days.
Fairly small pool and gym was hot. If you don’t care about these, it was excellent in every way.
The location and we got the suite it was nice.
The shower has a yellow stain, or room has trash and towels from precious beds and the phone doesn't work.
The lady that checked us in, I believe her name was H, was great. There was an issue with rooms but she was great in getting it all situated for us.
Other clerks at the front desk didn’t want to speak. Items on the breakfast were good but cold.
The staff that checked me in was nice.
The morning staff - I informed them I going to the hospital and would be back. Check out time is noon. at 11:15 I called for a late check ou and was informed they had already cleaned out my room for me and had all my belongings at the front desk. the room was filthy. Soap scum 1/2 inch deep in the shower. The coffee maker didn't work and was filthy as was the sink in the kitchenette.

The staff was great. I think their name was H or started with H. Very attentive to me and my daughter. We were down in the lobby and she was like that with all the guests. The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the hospital which was great because I had to be up so early. Will definitely stay here if or when we are back in town.

The check in staff were nice.
The towels smelled like someone dried their dog with them. The hallway & elevator floors were not vacuumed. The TV didn't work right. The air wasn't great either. This will be my one & only stay at a Marriott brand hotel.
Room was big and bed was really comfortable.
Receptionists (night shift) were amazing.

There were many dirty plates and cutlery on the cabinets. We had to wash them all when arrived.

I liked the size of our room 2 bedroom suite
Didn't know the pool wasn't working until the day of arrival, then.. the next morning I found a bedbug on my clothing. My daughter in the other bedroom had bites on her and found bedbugs in her bed. They did comp the room, but I'm still out the money for the dryers, ruined a shirt and pair of shoes. I do know heat kills them, but wasn't thinking about it hurting my clothing. Just frustrated..very stressful. I'm just praying that none of them hitched a ride home with me!!
Nothing, honestly ...I chose location for pool....pool is out of order ..why couldn't they have put that on there website...then when I get there and they tell me pool is closed..don't try to discount room ..then get in room it's miserably hot..air conditioner did not work ..the room was dirty and so on and so on
We did not eat
Our room was 200.00 dollars and the air conditioner did not work. Other guests were very loud at 2:00 in the morning.
