Pros:

The host is very accommodating and easy to contact. He helped us on our extension as well. His unit is very close to MOA.

I really wanted to be honest as much as I can. Actually, I had a rather disappointing experience at this unit. Several things weren’t functioning properly.
We left to attend a concert and we turned off the AC, but when we returned, we cannot turn it on. We informed the owner, and he instructed us but still it didn't work. No Fan as well, so we endured not having any comfort until we check out. Second, lightbulbs in the bedroom and living area are not functioning.The pillows and bed were uncomfortable as well, and they actually felt a bit itchy. Me and my sister tend to have a sensitive skin, so after taking a quick nap in the bed, we instantly got skin rashes.On top of that, there were no basic amenities like soap, shampoo and toothpaste provided, which was really inconvenient. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectation. I experience a lot staying on different hotels, and AirBnb units, but this so far is the worst. I won't be returning.

The location which is near MoA

Cons:

We booked for a room with Balcony however there’s no balcony. They mentioned that the AC is leaking in the room with balcony reason why we moved to a different room. We didn’t receive any heads up prior arriving there and left no choice but to accept what’s available. Staff/owner is very accommodating though but it’s nice if they notified us in advance of the situation.

Pros:

very clean. sheets are clean and fresh. location is perfect. moa is just few steps away. guards are helpful. wifi is fast. netflix. owner is very polite, responsive and profesional.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! the unit was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the owner Erick, who was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

It’s near to the biggest mall in the city, hence accessible to the establishments you wanted and needed to go to. 😄

Cons:

Just a light displeased because of lacking of utilities l(i.e dishwashing soap, floor sweeper)
