Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Good location and curtains on the bunks.

Cons:

The stairwell leading up to the rooms is very dirty and rundown. The communal showers were downstairs, they had no doors meaning you had to shower in a bikini for some privacy. They also closed the showers at 10am for cleaning and didn’t reopen them until the evening time, not ideal if you wanted a slow morning. Bedroom door lock looked broken and didn’t work. It also smelt like cheesy feet.

Pros:

人通りがあっても静か
チェックイン時のフロントスタッフさんの説明や対応がいつも丁寧で気持ち良い

Cons:

カプセルの空調を切ってもずっと低音が響いていて耳栓をしても落ち着かなかった
パウダールームに入ると臭いがして、排水から逆流しているような臭いがしました。
これまではどちらも気にならなかった

Love the location but not everything else
Pros:

It is really near to Shibuya where you have everything!!

Cons:

1. There are 0 staffs until 4pm check in, meaning to say if you arrive early or want to leave your luggage and retrieve it later, you are in trouble. 2. There are no elevator, just stairs. 3. There are no single shower cubicles, the only shower cubicles are the open ones in the Onsen, so don’t expect any privacy. 4. All showers are closed from 10am-4pm. 5.The staffs seem to be in a bad mood/ have a bad attitude, just overall my least favourite stay in Japan.

The onsen

Awful hotel considering the amount paid. The reception is a kiosk outside, and check-in is only from 4 pm. Even if you email them to ask whether you can leave your bag before there wasn't any response. I was allocated a capsule on the 4th floor, and the stairwell is dirty and cold. If you are based on the 4th floor, you have to go down the cold stairwell to the 2nd floor to have a shower. There is no lift. The room where the capsule looks dirt, as do the toilets. The whole place is awful. I'm not sure why it's got a 7 good rating. Please avoid at all costs. I tried to see if I could get a refund, but unfortunately, not. It's not a great start to Tokyo. There isn't one good thing about this hotel.

Pros:

大浴場があったので湯船に浸かって疲れを癒せました。

Cons:

お風呂の身体を洗うところで入って1番奥を使ったらお湯の温度調節が固すぎてできませんでした。修理してほしいです。

Una ubicación excelente,
Disfrute mucho del Once y el espacio común.

Cons:

En absoluto no me gustó que el lugar era casi perfecto, solo que las escaleras que conducen de un piso al otro estaban muy sucias, eso es como estar limpio y nunca lavar los dientes.

スタッフの対応は良かったです。タオル、浴衣の貸し出し、アメニティがあり不便しなかったです。

Cons:

部屋が3F.4Fでお風呂が2Fにあり、その間は外階段を使用するが汚かったです。お風呂もカビが多く衛生面が気になりました。
