Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation. Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation. Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure. Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation. Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Location is very convenient for the transit passengers.
Amenities are provided only after request. Mini bar is available in the room but there is no items.
The room was very modern, comfortable and relaxing after a long flight with a short transit period. Reception staff seemed formal and I would have hoped for a more welcoming approach. But they were very efficient. Wakeup call was punctual. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Additional items and coffee available on request at no additional cost. The shower facilities in the room were wonderful with nice shampoo and shower gel !!
It is not a reflection on the hotel, but the site is very frustrating and awkward to access when coming to the airport by taxi. Dealing with Indian security at airport terminals and other public sites can be maddening, there were no clearly-marked signs to follow, and I am not a patient person under what should be relatively simple circumstances. However, the frustration does add to the satisfaction I felt when I finally did get settled into the room for a good sleep.

Good staff, complimentary breakfast, easy to find after a long flight with tired family, no nonsense check in, nice hot shower did the job nicely. Room was close to reception which was good for ease, but not so good for the reason below.
The room was a little noisy (earplugs were provided, so there was already an expectation that it was going to be noisy).

It was agreed that they would prepare a take-away breakfast for our very early departure. But the breakfast wasnt there when we had to leave. Also, the agreed wake-up call was made 10m late.
