Please note that arrival or departure flight from Terminal 2 is mandatory of all guest to access the hotel as per airport security rules and regulation. Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation. Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation. Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure. Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation. Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Pros:

Clean, convenient location, good food and excellent customer service from all staff

Cons:

Carpet in the main hotel corridor torn and taped over, which otherwisewas a really good hotel. AC controls confusing - room too cold.

Felt safe and had a good sleep.
Pros:

First of all, it was within the terminal premises and easy to access. felt quite safe. I had a 12-hour layover, so I had enough time to sleep and have a good breakfast. The environment was quiet and safe. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet layover. I want to mention an incident here.

The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. After finishing breakfast and checking out, I went to the departure terminal for my security check. I realized I had left my phone in the room and went into a panic. I contacted the hotel, and the staff was gracious enough to get the phone to the security gate. It was a great experience and is much appreciated.

Pleasant stay, Quiet room, Clean room & just what i needed.
Pros:

I requested a room with a window, so had to walk a little. But due to my Claustrophobia, i'd prefer a little walk & a room with a window any day.

Cons:

The rooms are priced a bit too steep. But it's ok, especially the location & there is No need to depend on the Taxi for an accommodation outside the airport premises.

Super helpful customer service by Niranta staff, much appreciated!
Pros:

Most memorable was customer service staff member who helped us with checked in luggage and took us through the maze of elevators at Mumbai airport in the morning all the way to checkin counters.
