Cons:

Vievät ensin huonompaan huoneeseen kuin varaus oli. Vaihtoivat huoneen varauksen ja maksun mukaiseen, kun menin sitä vaatimaan. Ikkunattomat huoneet sopivat vain lyhyeen majoitukseen.

Schönes Zimmer, Service nicht zuverlässig
Pros:

Ein schönes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und gute Ausstattung. Klimaanlage war leise. Mitarbeiter alle freundlich, aber nicht sonderlich interessiert. Ich konnte sie auch schlecht verstehen, da sie sehr leise sprachen, während die Klimaanlage brummte. Dann musste ich halt mehrmals nachfragen.

Cons:

Das versprochene und bezahlte Frühstück um 5:00 Uhr fanden nicht statt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir dann angeboten, es in 10 Minuten für mich fertig zu machen. Ich wollte aber zu meinem Terminal. Eine Rückerstattung war angeblich nicht möglich. Da war auch kein Entgegenkommen. Den Room Service kann ich empfehlen. Ich hatte ein sehr leckeres indisches Gericht dazu Roti.

Pros:

Easy to find. It is very useful when you arrive late at night and that your next flight leaves the next day. So you can sleep and have a break. Good breakfast. Everything was fine.

Pros:

Relaxed and professional. Hotel is located within the airport terminal so did not even have to leave the building. Turn right once through control and down in lift to ground floor and the hotel.

Cons:

No windows or natural light, but was good for a short stay and good sleep.

Pros:

Very convenient but the room was freezing and noisy

Conveniently located inside the airport, smooth check in and check out, nice food at the restaurant, good massage at the spa, caring staff

Cons:

The room was extremely cold when I entered — 15 degrees. I tried everything possible but by my check out it had only raised to 20. This was really bad because when you travel internationally you get cold by default because of the AC in the airport, so it made my stay much less comfortable. Also people come at any hour, making it noisy in the corridor, and they have some kind of music in the corridor which can be heard form the rooms. They really need to work on the temperature & noise issues!
