Pros:

Super nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. E bikes stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung und allg hat man sehr viel Benefits. Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und schön. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Alles top und wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Alles! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten und der Pool eine richtige Ruheoase, einfach nur schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll präsentiert und total lecker! Da fehlte es wirklich an nichts.
Am meisten Freude hatten wir jedoch an den Bikes, welche zur Verfügung standen!

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Sicht über die Poolanlage und die Berge war hervorragend. Die Poolanlage und der Garten ist wunderschön. Ich durfte dort meinen Geburtstag feiern und ohne es angekündigt zu haben, haben sie es beim Check-in bemerkt und mir beim Frühstück eine unvergessliche Überraschung bereit gehalten, welche von Herzen kam. Auch die Benefits mit gratis Getränken in der Mini-Bar, Restaurant-Gutscheine in der Umgebung sind herausragend.

Cons:

Leider waren meine Frau und ich am Abend nach der Abreise stark erkältet und wir sind nicht sicher, ob es allenfalls von der Klimaanlage kam. (Dies nur als Hinweis an die Direktion, sollten noch mehrere solche Hinweise eingehen).

Excellente adresse
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était parfaite et climatisée avec une terrasse privative dans une annexe située juste à côté (la Villa)
L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel avec un beau jardin vraiment bien entretenu et une grande piscine très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très professionnel. Excellent petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse du bâtiment principal et petite restauration possible l’après-midi au bord de la piscine.
Le quartier est très calme, un parking privé est à disposition et la gare de Minusio est à 3 minutes pour se rendre à Locarno (un seul arrêt).
C’est une adresse idéale pour se reposer et se rendre au festival du cinéma. A deux pas du lac avec une jolie passegiata pour se balader à pied ou en vélo. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à tout le staff et à bientôt
