Séjour agréable et ressourçant.
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et le professionnalisme.

Lieu calme pour se détendre, le jardin avec la piscine, très bel emplacement, lit confortable.

Vélo électrique à disposition pour les clients, magnifique pour faire des tours dans le coin. .

L'accueil exceptionnel et la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel est cosy et le jardin magnifique.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, wir werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, etwas ausserhalb dadurch aber ruhig und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit Zug oder Bus mitten in Locarno, für uns absolut perfekt.

Ein Bijoux: Eine kleine liebevolle, ruhige Oase unweit vom Zentrum von Locarno

Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt mit einem eigenem Charme. Sehr ruhig und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Breites, frisches und gutes Angebot und Tessiner Spezialitäten! :-) Toll fand ich auch die vielen frischen Früchte und es hatte auch Hafermilch. Alles sehr sauber, auch der Pool, auch wenn wir ihn leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Trotz Hochsaison sehr ruhig. Beim Personal waren 9/10 wirklich sehr freundlich. (Die junge Brunette genervt). Super ist auch die Möglichkeit vom hoteleigenen Fahrradverleih mit nur 10 Min. Fahrt bis zum Zentrum. Parkplatz für Autos kostenlos und direkt vor der Türe, das warsehr angenehm. Am Schluss gab es sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Ganz herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es fehlte ein Spiegel im Zimmer obwohl es genügend freie Wände für einen grossen Spiegel hätte. Es hatte keine Flasche Wasser mit Gläser auf dem Zimmer (nur Minibar) was man bei dem Preis erwarten dürfte. Die Preise finden wir insgesamt dann doch überteuert. Wie erwähnt, war die eine brunette junge Dame von der Reception mehrmals sichtlich genervt, unmotiviert und half offensichtlich ungern. Die Dienstleistungsorientierung und Hotellerie liegt ihr nicht im Blut. Schade für so ein Bijoux von einem Hotel.

Komme wieder
Pros:

sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Pool im Freien. Bahnhof wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Hotel bietet Gratis Parkplatz an.
