It was a peaceful, quiet and beautiful hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere.
Staff were very accommodating, helpful
Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
We got a welcoming box of Swiss chocolates and Prosecco in our arrival .
Minibar drinks were for free except the alcohol ones and refill was done every day .

Slippers , bathrobes provided and fresh towels . All was really great . , and we hope to be back one day .
I wasn’t happy with the toiletries smell . I prefer the natural kind of S.p.A. smelling toiletries of other hotels .

Everything was perfect - small details, the service, little tips and snacks, going the extra mile.
We kregen bij aankomst een upgrade naar een prachtige grote kamer op de 2e verdieping met uitzicht op de tuin en het meer. Welkomst prosecco, chocolade en appels op de kamer. In de bar kregen we ook nog een welkomstdrankje. Alle niet alcoholische drankjes in de minibar zijn gratis. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en eten in de tuin. Ontzettend aardig personeel. Mooi zwembad. Mooie grote tuin met ligbedden. E-bikes gratis. Goede tips vwb restaurants in de buurt (+ vouchers voor korting). Centraal gelegen. Mooie rustige buurt. Laadpaal voor opladen elektrische auto. Genoeg parkeerplekken.
De muggen in de kamer.
En in de tuin. Ontzettend veel die ondanks muggenwerend middel door de kleding heen staken. Je kon eigenlijk niet op de bedjes liggen of buiten zitten in de lounge hoek. Zelfs in het zwembad werd je nog gestoken in je gezicht en op de hoofd. Grote jeukende bulten.
Overigens bij het ontbijten op het terras vrijwel geen last gehad van muggen.
Very kind and helpful staff. We arrived much earlier than check-in, and they kindly let us use the pool until our room was ready, such a thoughtful gesture. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats for me and my little daughter, such a lovely personal touch.
The pool and garden area are clean, beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of comfortable lounges. Our room was very clean, with spotless linen and towels. We also appreciated the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is very convenient, close to the lake, train station and bus stop. We had a lovely and relaxing stay at La Villa!

Super nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. E bikes stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung und allg hat man sehr viel Benefits. Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und schön. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Alles! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Anlage sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten und der Pool eine richtige Ruheoase, einfach nur schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll präsentiert und total lecker! Da fehlte es wirklich an nichts.
Am meisten Freude hatten wir jedoch an den Bikes, welche zur Verfügung standen!

ruhige Lage, tolle Poolanlage, sehr feines Frühstück, freundliches Personal
Das Zimmer mit Sicht über die Poolanlage und die Berge war hervorragend. Die Poolanlage und der Garten ist wunderschön. Ich durfte dort meinen Geburtstag feiern und ohne es angekündigt zu haben, haben sie es beim Check-in bemerkt und mir beim Frühstück eine unvergessliche Überraschung bereit gehalten, welche von Herzen kam. Auch die Benefits mit gratis Getränken in der Mini-Bar, Restaurant-Gutscheine in der Umgebung sind herausragend.
Leider waren meine Frau und ich am Abend nach der Abreise stark erkältet und wir sind nicht sicher, ob es allenfalls von der Klimaanlage kam. (Dies nur als Hinweis an die Direktion, sollten noch mehrere solche Hinweise eingehen).
Sehr freundliches Personal, umfangreiches Frühstück, gute Anbindung mit dem Zug, schöner Garten mit großem Pool.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
