With a few changes our stay would have been perfect.

The location and scenery were prefect.

Cons:

Upon arrival, after a long travel, we had neighbors on both ends being extra noisy. The hotel was able to accommodate us to a bigger room, however, it definitely was an older room. Every time we showered our bathroom would flood. The curtains were falling apart. Wi-fi was limited and the one day I turned on the tv the modem/cable was not working.

Pros:

The room was so stinky and bathroom was so moldy. No ventilationnin Garden room. They could not move us to another room. Don’t 600 a night for stinky bathroom room.

This will be the last overnight attempt here. For the actual amount paid, not worth it.
Pros:

The room was nice. However having the private pool area with no staff access doesn’t feel very vip.

Cons:

My identity was stolen from using the internet during my stay. The staff mentioned giving me a discount from my stay but it never happened.

Amazing weekend full of good vive.
Pros:

I loved the outdoor spaces it’s full of activities. check in and out is easy. everything is clean and the staff is great.
