Es war ein schôner Kurzurlaub mit tollen Touren
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal super hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht top. Einzig mit dem Auto den steilen Berg hochfahren war nicht angenehm, da teilweise nur Schotterweg. Dafúr ist die Aussicht fantastisch

Cons:

Das beim Essen alles offen ist und somit viele Insekten rumschwirren. Eventuell ein bisschen zumachen.

Pros:

La piscina es increíble por sus vistas. Todo el hotel está perfectamente integrado con la naturaleza. Y la habitación muy cómoda, con una gran terraza y vistas a la isla Tortuga

Cons:

El acceso desde la calle es de lastre malo. Obligatorio 4x4. La ducha de la piscina no está al nivel del resto

Pros:

An amazing place to stay. Stunning views to the coast from the room and infinity pool. We were uograded to a deluxe room which was gorgeous and was private and not overlooked.
The food in the restaurant was high quality and catered for a vegan diet with multiple choices for the evening meal. The staff couldnt have been more helpful, even arranging a way that I could have hot water at 5am for a cup of tea!

Great views and friendly staff, but room for improvement
Pros:

The view is amazing, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also quite good.

Cons:

The hotel feels outdated, and it’s clear that some maintenance is needed in certain areas (for example, some tiles in the pool, a broken table in the room, the quality of the mattress, and a door lock that required a lot of effort to open). The overall quality does not match the price paid — it’s not bad, but it doesn’t justify the price tag. The same applies to the restaurant, where the prices were far too high for what was offered.

Superbe vue sur l'océan
Pros:

L'emplacement sur les hauteurs offre une vue sur l'océan et les îles de Tortuga à couper le souffle, que ce soit depuis la piscine, le restaurant ou la terrasse de la chambre.
C'est un lieu apaisant et nous en avons apprécié le calme.

There was lots of space for our family. They really enjoyed the pool amd the beach was very close by.

The road gong up or down. Due to some construction there was a lot of rocks in the road and a little worried about the rental car undercarriage

Pros:

Nous avons adoré la vue magnifique de la chambre et de la piscine!

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas très bien entretenu, manque de réactivité du personnel lors d’un problème de réparation de poignée de porte.
Manque d’entretien général.
Chambre toujours pas faite à14h45.
Petit déjeuner moyen et prix excessif au bar et restaurant.
Rapport qualité prix: cher

Tolle Aussicht, ansonsten entäuschend und überteuert - kein 4 Sterne Niveau
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist bombastisch! Die Dusche war gross und hatte guten Wasserdruck. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Sehr geschätzt habe ich die für mich eigens zubereitete glutenfreie Eierspeise.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Mängel in unserem Zimmer waren weitreichend: kein Griff an der Innenseite der Schiebetüre im Bad, welche regelmässig selbständig zufiel. Die Station des Haarföhns fiel bei Benutzung fast von der Wand. Die Klimaanlage hat den ganzen Boden überflutet und konnte somit nicht benutzt werden. Das Balkongeländer hat extrem gewackelt und keinen sicheren Eindruck gemacht. Im ganzen Zimmer und v.a. im Bad gab es Ameisen. Die Betten waren extrem unbequem, die Auflagekissen bei den Liegen am Pool waren grösstenteils zerrissen und fleckig. Als wir beim Check-out erwähnten, dass wir uns für den Preis mehr erhofft hatten, wurde uns nahegelegt, dass wir allenfalls das Problem seien. Nach 2.5 Wochen in Costa Rica war dies die schlechteste Unterkunft und den Preis bei weitem nicht wert. Wir würden nicht wieder buchen.

Pros:

We had a great view and we loved the balcony and pool. The rooms and bathrooms themselves were clean and we felt very comfortable. It was also in a good location very close to the ferry.

Cons:

The air conditioning was leaking very badly which caused puddles on the ground. The restaurant also had a terribly long wait. They requested us to do reservations to accommodate which we did but we still waited almost 1 hour to be served. The least they could have done is given free appetizers for the wait. The food was also over priced and just okay for the wait.

Hidden gem in Paquera
Pros:

The property is beautiful and very serene, with a beautiful garden and wildlife everywhere. The rooms are super comfortable with a large bed and bathroom. We loved that you can see the ocean and howler monkeys directly from our balcony.
We especially loved the pool during sunset, it’s wonderful and refreshing, and the little cabanas make everything feel private and well taken care of.

We booked dinner at the restaurant and were left pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing and so was the service. We wish we would have eaten more nights there! Overall one of my favorite hidden gems in Costa Rica, we’ve been here multiple times.

Cons:

We got one of the final rooms in the property, and the stairs are quite difficult. I recommend making a special request when booking.

The breakfast was a little plain, but as expected from the majority of similar hotels.

Todo cuidado y con vistas excelentes
Pros:

Las vistas del hotel desde la terraza y habitaciones son espectaculares. La habitacion es amplia. Todo muy limpio y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. La piscina fantástica. Lo mejor, el trato de todo el personal. Hicimos el tour de bioluminiscencia e Isla Tortuga a través de ellos y fantástico. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

El último tramo para acceder es una pista de tierra en muy mal estado. El restaurante para cenar no tiene mucha variedad. Las camas nos parecieron incómodas.
