Everything . Where is located , how it is indoors and outdoors , an extremely decent spa , beautiful people , the food was brilliant and of course the staff extremely friendly Mr.Constantino and Ms. Natalia along with Ms.Maria have my respects . They are truly professionals . Truly recomend the experience .

Pros:

Wyjątkowy hotel. Czysto, pokoje duże i wygodne. Przepyszne śniadania i kolacje. Przepiękne widoki. Świetnie wyposażony w strefę SPA. Przemiła obsługa . Chętnie tu wrócę :)

Struttura ottima su cui non mi dilungherei perché corrisponde alle aspettative!
Quello che ci ha particolarmente colpito, invece, è stata la gentilezza dello staff e l'attenzione al cliente che non è solo un "cliente": purtroppo, non mi sono sentita molto bene e per cena non sarei potuta scendere. Marco, il ragazzo gentile e simpatico che ci aveva accolto pochi minuti prima (e che già al telefono durante il nostro arrivo ci era rimasto impresso) oltre a chiedere se necessitassimo di altro oltre al cibo, ha accompagnato il mio (bellissimo) compagno dal maitre che gli ha subito chiesto di che cosa avessi avuto bisogno. Sebbene non abbiano il servizio in camera si sono subito movimentati e seppur fosse fuori menù, ci hanno procurato una vellutata di zucca (ottima!). Il mattino seguente si sono nuovamente premurati di sapere come stavo e ci hanno offerto di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio per esplorare la bellezza del posto senza doverci disturbare a spostarla, ricordandoci che al nostro rientro avremmo comunque potuto appoggiarci alla struttura qualora avessimo avuto esigenza di cambiarci.
Anche il personale addetto alle pulizie sembrava davvero entusiasta di lavorare lì.
Il clima che si respira è molto caldo e accogliente.

Great short break in a fantastic venue. Thank you all at alledolmetri.
Pros:

The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. The dining experience including little extras like the Gala night with live music creating a seasonal vibe. The wellness centre facilities and treatments were excellent. We had a lovely Christmas break in a lovely Hotel where the owners had gone to a lot of trouble to creative a festive atmosphere. Fantastic stay.

Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, tutto estremamente pulito. Posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Ottima colazione abbondantissima sia nella scelta del dolce che del salato. Non abbiamo usufruito della spa quindi su quella non saprei esprimermi.

Cons:

Nonostante la cucina fosse molto buona essendo un amante della verdura mi e' mancato un pochino il buffet delle insalate presente in molti hotel di questo livello. Purtroppo tra gli antipasti la prima insalata servitami sembrava quella da buste pronte. Ma ripeto che si tratta solo di gusto personale. Sia il servizio sala che la cucina erano ottimi.
