Good
Pros:

Staff was great, they went above and beyond when our 2 year old needed more diapers and we couldn't find any in the stores near by.
The breakfast at the hotel was 10/10!

Cons:

The play area wasn't clean for the kiddos to play in. The floor we stayed on smell like cigarettes.
