We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Not comfy and safe.
Pros:

Location was great if your business is just around the inner city area. Good staff.

Cons:

I slipped on the shower area, hit my head, got pains on my right foot and right side of my waist. It was slippery I never expect. When I told them, that's the time they gave me towels for the the floor, the bidet was broken that cause water to get stock on the floor. Pillows were not soft. Dark atmosphere, need to improve facilities. Toilet bowl needs to be flashed twice.

I hate the bathroom!

The shower room! i really hate the black colour of the tiles. Not sure if it is molds or just the colour but it really looks disgusting. I hope they will do something about it. The blanket is also extremely thin. The air condition’s vent is broken. The place needs a bit of updating.
