Staff were ok. They were a bit helpful.

Cons:

Pictures shown were not the same as the actual room and the washrooms were not clean. It looks like some old place. The water crisis was also there. Whole night there was a prob it seems we didn't get water. It was not like a proper hotel room stay. Didn't get the feeling of a hotel stay. It was more like dharamshala rooms. In TV there were no channels and on asking they said only youtube will work subject to the internet.
