Atour X Hotel Beijing Daxing Airport Wildlife Park

Everything was great, nothing negative to mention.

I have always been really happy with the staff at other Atour hotels. However, we found the staff in reception to be rather cold and were made to feel that we were a bother although we waited patiently for ages while they had a problem with the printer to photocopy our passports. They did not apologise to us or explain the delay. In fact, they had to take photos of our passports on a mobile phone. I hope this was not a personal mobile phone. I think some customer service training would be beneficial. There were 4 ladies talking loudly when we checked in and when we went downstairs to go out to eat, they were sitting eating and looked at us in an unfriendly way. We felt that they were quite unprofessional. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is why I have given this hotel a lower mark.

Shuttle bus service stopped at 9am

The staff doesn't speak even the most basic English, and they have a nasty habit of speaking through a crappy translator who barely translates. They also demanded cash payment, didn't know where to eat, or how to order food, and there's no Wi-Fi. Well, there is, but to get it, you have to go through an impossible verification process. SMS messages aren't coming through, and there's no access to WeChat. Luckily, it was just a transit point for us, for one night, and we had some snacks with us. It was a nightmare. If you're transiting, it's better to stay at the airport or at a hotel near the airport, even though it's more expensive. Otherwise, you risk not even leaving the hotel because you can't order a taxi! The e-SIMs we had worked, but the apps simply wouldn't install. Beware of this hotel; it's a waste of money and a lot of stress.

O local era algo remoto e apenas acessível de táxi, pois o transfer gratuito apenas é disponibilizado do check out para o aeroporto e apenas até às 09:00, o que desconhecíamos, além do taxista que nos transportou já fora de horas do aeroporto para o hotel ter-nos levado dinheiro a mais.

Далековато от метро, а потому выезд в город сопряжен с небольшими проблемами!
