Bad Experience.
Pros:

The staff are good. The location is ok.

Cons:

The hotel must be broken down and rebuilt. Almost nothing is right about it. The walls are dirty. The bedsheets and the pillows are torn out. The breakfast opitions are limited and mostly local food. I asked for extra blanket and they told me they were fully booked and out of blankets. I asked for extral pillow and they told me that I had to pay 25k per night for each extra pillow. The door of the bathroom got locked twice and I had to call the reception to fix it. My son got sick and threw out on the blanket, they charged me 100k to clearn that.
I travel alot and I have not experienced anything like that. So I had to shorten my stay and check out

The place didn’t suit me. I booked for three nights but checked out after only two hours and looked for another hotel.

The room felt rather gloomy due to the lack of windows—there was no natural sunlight at all. It was somewhat small, but not a major issue. However, it was slightly messy and had an unpleasant odor. The walls were also not very clean.

Good short stay in a very central location of Jakarta
Pros:

Great location near Sarinah Mall, the Sabang street food area, and within a couple of minutes' walk to TransJakarta Bus Stop and Jakarta Metro Station. Simple but sufficient breakfast options. Clean room with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Staff can be more attentive and friendly, especially those on duty at the restaurant.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. One of the best features was the on-site mosque located in the lobby, which made my visit very convenient. The staff members, including those at the reception and restaurant, were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

However, I did find that the corridors sometimes lacked air conditioning, and I occasionally felt a bit hot. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance to visit in the future.
