Exceptional
Pros:

This was an amazing place to stay. Best bed I have slept in at a "hotel" and just really nice jacuzzi tub.

Cons:

No complaints, but this room isn't for anyone that cannot climb STEEP stairs.

Historical Beauty in KC
Pros:

It is a gorgeous 1913 home with several rooms. I stayed in the upstairs carriage house. The stairs are steep. However, the room is really nice. The king bed was extremely comfy and the jacuzzi tub was a God send. The location was easily within walking distance of beautiful downtown KC. The grounds would be nice to enjoy in cooler weather. The common areas in the main house were very nice, as well. Would stay here again if ever in KC.

Cons:

The only downside for someone would be the steep stairs if staying in the room i had. The stairs inside the main house would not be as steep.

Pros:

Good location not a big hotel but an historical old mansion

Cons:

We had the upstairs room of the carriage house and the carpet was stained and the chairs were old and vinyl was peeling
Bed was comfortable as well as the linens
But first impression of the carpet is somewhat of a turn off
