so far im satisfied because the place is very beautiful
Pros:

the place is suitable for relaxing

Cons:

the aircond. maybe you should do the maintenance for tenant safety because there is some leaking from the aircond when we used. and below the aircond is the tv and socket and for me its dangerous.
