Pros:

The location is very close to pedestrian, mall, shops, restaurants. The staffs are very helpfull. Room is clean and comfort.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. I will definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is right at the city center. The room is very comfortable, especially the pillow, bed, and blanket. But the most valuable part are the staff. Everyone has been super nice. The front desk staff help me to take deliveries and take-out orders. The cleaning staff take very good care of everything. The laundry room and gym are always clean and ready. The nightly free snack session is a very nice touch.

Cons:

It will be great if there could be a mini safe in the room. And maybe a microwave in the common area. The front desk staff has helped me to warm things up, but I don't want to bother them all the time.
