I booked this hotel for my parents. They were very happy with everything. Shuttle service was very good and on time.
Очень уютный отель близи нового аэторопорта в Стамбуле. Быстро заселили, приятно, что персонал говорит по русски. Удобные кровати и качественный сон, что важно перед или после перелёта. Напитки в любое время доступны. Завтрак питательныйхоть и простой, есть возможность дозаказать из кафе что-то более разнообразное из еды за низкую цену. Рядом магазинчики и кафе, некоторые работают круглосуточно. На ресепшен предлагают трансфер в аэропорт, помогают с багажом.
От ближайшей станции метро минут 30 пешком. От остановки метро баса минут 10, но он едет в объезд и получается тоже время. Для путешественников у кого Стамбул промежуточная точка важно закладывать это время.

Местоположението е удобно за хора, които летят, защото е на няколко километра от летището и се стига за няколко минути с кола или трансфер. Лесно намерихме място пред хотела да паркираме. Стаята ни (тройна стая) беше много голяма, уютна и приятна и имаше страхотна голяма тераса с маса, столове и люлка и гледка към летището.
В стаята няма нощни лампи. В банята няма нито една закачалка или място, където удобно можеш да си сложиш кърпата за ръце или за баня. Светлината беше много слаба. Огледалото скриваше половината контакт и го правеше неизползваем.

It's a lovely clean hotel room, it's very comfortable and the facilities are great. It's a perfect stopover hotel... Close to the airport and affordable. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Have stayed twice now.

Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we in eerste instantie wat problemen met de service. We werden geholpen door iemand die net was begonnen, wat later ook duidelijk werd. Hierdoor verliep alles niet helemaal soepel.
Gelukkig werd dit snel opgepakt door de manager. Zodra hij merkte dat wij niet goed geholpen werden, heeft hij ons gerustgesteld en direct een passende oplossing geboden, inclusief een nieuwe kamer. Dit hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren.
De kamers waren schoon en het ontbijt was netjes verzorgd. Al met al hebben wij, dankzij de goede service van de manager, toch een fijn verblijf gehad.
