Det fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet (frukost fanns dock) maa mycket liten kundbas och att man inte talade sanning om var man kunde köpa mat i närheten (man påstod att enda alternativet var att låta hotellet ordna hämtmat, fast det fanns affär i närheten och istället försökte lura på kunderna att beställa mycket dyr ”hämtmat”. Andra gick på det och fick betala mycket dyrt…

Очень благодарна сотруднику отеля, который вошел в мое положение. Мой рейс был отменен, поэтому я не смогла приехать в тот день, когда был забронирован номер. Однако любезный сотрудник отеля согласился без лишних затрат перенести мою бронь на другой день. Это было так неожиданно и так приятно! Большое большое спасибо за человечность и доброту! Это так редко встречается в современном мире.
