Pros:

It was a very nice place, the bed and the sofabed where comfortable. The Rituals toiletries where a nice touch. Our room was in the back and that made it very quiet.

Cons:

The only downside was that the door closer was broken so the curtains let in a little light.

Cons:

We were given a room in the attic, and I contacted customer service about it to give us a normal room. The response was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from the hospitality industry. There was zero understanding, no apology, and no effort to improve our experience or satisfaction.

I explained that my husband and I work remotely, so having a comfortable and spacious environment was important to us, especially since the photos gave the impression of a larger and more usable space.

First, they insisted it was “not an attic room,” even though it clearly was ( see the picture ), The sloped ceiling made half of the room difficult to use, and my husband actually had to bend down because of the low ceiling height. Being told it wasn’t an attic room felt dismissive, as if I was expected to ignore what was obvious! Like I am kind of dumb person and I don’t know what attic is!

Then they told us that we had “chosen the cheapest room,” which was simply not true. We did not book the cheapest option. Aside from being inaccurate, the way this was communicated felt rude and unprofessional.

On top of that, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke and weed throughout the hallway during our stay.

Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the entire experience was very disappointing.

Leider haten wir ein paar Mengel in der Unterkunft z.b. Kühlschrank.

geen uitzicht zoals op de mooie foto s op de site , keek tegen een blinde muur aan
beetje het idee van een achterafkamertje , helaas!

Pros:

Lovely period building. Everything clean and well-maintained. Convenient and easy parking on-site. Easy walk to lovely local shopping centre with great cafes, delicatessens, and many other shops. Close to trams for Delft or The Hague.

Cons:

Room was well-equipped but very small. There are larger rooms, so choose one of these. Stairs to the third floor (the property information warns of this, so pack light). Impersonal nature of receiving key codes. etc. (We prefer to be met.)

Schönes Appartement mit Balkon
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Balkon war so schön. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine top.
Die Lage und die Nachbarschaft war auch angenehm.

Cons:

Die schweren lauten Eingangstüren waren sehr laut und man hörte immer wenn jemand ein oder ausging.

Prima kamer met kitchenette, binnen 10 minuten in den Haag. Monumentaal pand. Schoon

Cons:

Het kleine tweepersoonsbed bestond ook nog eens uit twee kleinere delen. De airco was lastig te bedienen. Zolderkamer dus veel trappen omhoog. Geen nooduitgang

Tolle Lage mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung. Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und die Klimaanlage waren ein großes Plus.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt, wodurch wir fast drei Stunden warten mussten. Dazu kam ein längeres Hin und Her am Telefon. Ich hoffe, dass sich so etwas in Zukunft nicht mehr passiert.

Fijne en mooie plek. Fijne mensen. Iets beter onderhouden en aan minder mensen verhuren.
Pros:

Mooi pand en fijne locatie. Geen last gehad van de drukke weg ervoor. Tram vlakbij om naar centrum van Den Haag te gaan. Parkeren aan de straat niet te duur.

Cons:

Niet geschikt voor 5 personen. Te klein en benauwd. Was ook geen koffie voor 5, geen stoelen voor 5 en niet genoeg handdoeken. Ook niet voor 4. Douche klein. Kit oud en geen haakjes. Airco werkt niet goed en maakt geluid. Ons matras achter de kast erg oud. Ik zou daar een 1 persoonsbed zetten. En aan Max. 3 mensen verhuren.
