Pros:

Feels luxurious and like home. 5 min from motorway so easy to go to Amsterdam.
Easy checking and checkout.
The host is a available on chat and providing the guidance all the time.
Lots is street parking available right infrknt and next to the house and it's only chargeable between 6pm. to 12 pm.

Estupenda habitación con cocina, lástima la cama
Pros:

Parking en la propiedad (aunque de pago). Habitación con cocina completa y welcome kit. Decoración elegante, edificio precioso y habitación bien organizada. Baño cómodo. Aire acondicionado y calefacción. Vistas a la calle principal y calma. La disponibilidad del personal por whatsapp: nos faltaba el agua y pedimos 2 almohadas y nos respondieron rápido.

Cons:

No hay ascensor para llegar a la segunda planta - no fue un problema para nosotros pero lo puede ser para personas con mobilidad reducida o niñxs. La cama era un despropósito - completamente hundida en medio, fue difícil dormir, la peor en la que hemos dormido jamás. Comentamos el problema al hotel y nos respondieron que no había otras habitaciones disponibles así que reclamamos un reembolso parcial.

A great location to discover Den Haag and Delft, quiet and practical.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and beautiful. It is near the tramway #1 that takes you to Delft and to Den Haag center. And it is in a wonderful neighborhood with traditional Dutch architecture, but a bit away from the main street, therefore extremely quiet. The kitchen is simple but sufficient for most needs.
There is also a small corner to sit outside in the good season (it was not our case, too early in the spring).

Cons:

The accommodation (one mini apartment in front of the parking) is very good for 2 people, a bit tight for three because you have to open the sofa and there is little space to move around then. Also, the place for eating is good for two, no more.

goed maar weet niet of het voor herhaling vatbaar is.

was rustig , mooie kamers zeer proper

normaal zeggen we ook vriendelijk personeel maar die waren er niet .
Op de website was niet vermeld dat alles via de smartphone moest gebeuren , gelukkig hadden wij als oudere personen een smartphone en wisten we wat te doen maar dit kan voor problemen zorgen.
als men weet dat de personen van België komen moet men dan niet alle mails in het Engels sturen.
Had een probleem met de zenderposten op de TV maar geen personeel aanwezig dus alles moet via mail gebeuren en via mail zeggen probeer eens dat maar als het niet lukt dan sta je daar en weet je niet hoe het probleem kan opgelost worden.
Dus 2 dagen geen TV in de avond ........

The hotel and room facilities are good but the smoked in room ruined my stay. Never again room 18!

Room 18 and the facilities offered were very nice.

Cons:

The room smelled of smoke and the smoke smell is in all the fabrics, the sofa, the curtains and the bed. The smell went into my clothes and my luggage.

This was my second experience with Novallure, and it was quite satisfactory. The accommodation provided ample space for two individuals. A tram stop and a supermarket are conveniently located just a few minutes away. The check-in process is entirely digital, utilizing a provided link and a swipe function to access all necessary areas. A backyard and car parking facilities are also available. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, and the kitchen furnishings were of good quality. The provided body lotion and shower gel were acceptable. The room itself was quiet and well-heated, with no discernible noise or music from neighboring units or the street.

Cons:

The linens and furnishings, like the towels, bedspread, flooring, desk, and kitchen furniture, weren't clean enough.
