Cons:

We bought into the good reviews, but we shouldn't have. There was a long transfer to Chengdu, we decided to look at hotels near the airport and flexible check-in time upon arrival, we booked this hotel, the reservation was confirmed. As a result, a taxi took us to some kind of closed hotel at the address from the Booking office, the place doesn't look like a photo at all, the door is locked. The host answered my question a few hours later and only offered to cancel the hotel.

Pros:

Отличный отель, чистый, комфортный, хозяин отличный. Встречает у 13 выхода. В аэропорту подойдите к стойке информации и попросите набрать его номер что он приехал в аэропорт и вас забрал. Китайцы молодцы, помогают друг другу безвозмездно. Мы также бронировали у хозяина поездку по достопримечательностям Чэнду. Выехали в 6 утра, в 7 были в центре разведения Панд. Рекомендую выбрать одну две ближние локации и посмотреть панд там, все равно все посмотреть невозможно, так как очереди туристов и большая территория. Далее водитель отвез нас к монастырю Вэньшу, очень красивое место, там также хорошие уличные кафе, можно там покушать недорого ( брали пельмени). Далее съездили на аллеи Куаньджай. Много магазинчиков, кафе и старинных архитектурных строений, будто попал в старый Китай. Всем рекомендую этот отель и хозяина. Спасибо Вам. Вы супер

Pros:

I really appreciate the service provided by the host. He picked us up at the airport and helped us order a delivery of supper at 1am. We are so touched by his hardworking, honesty and efforts in serving guests.

Pros:

The accomodation was basic, tolerable for a very short stay, say a night or two. William, who speaks good English, was very helpful. But we didn't see him until we had decided to leave.

Cons:

We had been promised airport pickup but it didn't happen. We hired a taxi which took us to the address mentioned on booking.com, but were told it had moved. The taxi then took us to another location, which had signage in Mandarin only. I could't be sure if it was the right hotel, except thru the phone number. The man who received us spoke no English but quickly disappeared. It advertises itself as AIRPORT hotel, but is quite far, in a secluded and isolated area.

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent and friendly staff. The service is top-notched, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place away from home. Located just 13 minutes away from the Airport was the greatest highlight for me. :)

Pros:

Хозяин и сотрудник отеля пытались максимально помочь. Помогли съездить в ближайшую аптеку - срочно нужно было лекарство. Заселили утром - без доплаты. Приличные кровати.

Cons:

Во-первых, не так и близко от аэропорта (ехать минут 25), хотя декларируется, что рядом с аэропортом. Да, но только с другой стороны летного поля.
2. Это - центр маленькой деревни. Со всеми следствиями. Просто трехэтажный дом в центре деревни.
3. Туалет в одном из двух номеров - просто дырка в полу вместо унитаза. Знаю, что в Китае такое часто встречается, но хотя бы предупреждали на сайте.
4. Сотрудника ресепшен можно былдо ждать минут 20-25: он или отвозил других гостей в аэропорт, либо отъезжал по делам.
5. Адрес, написанный на визитной карточке, не соответствует реальному. Особенно интересно было возвращаться из города ночью - когда таксист привез нас к другому дому и сказал, что это и есть адрес, который написан на визитке.Долго упрашивали его позвонить в отель и уточнить: мы точно видели, что это не тот отель, где мы остановились утром.
6. В отеле, конечно, нет никакого кафе, даже минимального чайного набора, даже за деньги. Только заказ еды. При этом в номере - только журнальный столик диаметром не больше метра. И - один стул (номера на двоих).
В общем, если вам просто надо переночевать около Тяньфу, и всё равно, что вокруг отеля,- то можно тут расположиться. За вами приедет трансфер (хозяин или кто-то из его сотрудников). Разместят в любое время: у нас соседим заселились около часа ночи, а в пол-девятого утра их уже не было...

Pros:

The staff members were so lovely-- I had a layover back from europe and I was quite ill and they took such good care of me. I wanted a place to sleep for my full day layover and found this place and was enticed by the extremely positive reviews. I was travelling alone as a young female so obviously safety was a concern, they made me feel so comfortable. Communication was fantastic-- they sent tips days prior to arrival about how to deal with vpns+payment systems ect, and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. I stupidly didn't set up alipay before I entered the country and had a data only plan so no way to validate an account, but they were able to take my card as well as order food for me. When they picked me up from the airport they got food on the way for me as well-- it was so so so genuinely kind after a pretty horrendous 10 hour flight sick and so incredibly appreciated. The hotel is lovely and modern and in the cutest countryside area-- quite isolated (especially because the aiport it is closeby to is new, and was built to encourage tourism to the area) but honestly exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for the stay!!!

Pros:

Очень приятный дружелюбный персонал. Сразу после бронирования сотрудник написал WhatsApp и уточнил время прилёта. Я забронировал отель сразу по прилету в Чэнду, и сотрудник отеля вызвал такси от аэропорта, поездка заняла около 10-15 минут. Предложил заказать завтрак на выбранное время и спросил, нормально ли, что это будут пельмени (обыденность для китайцев). Утром курьер привёз завтрак за 10 юаней/порция. Спросил, хотим ли мы сами добраться до центра с пандами или помочь с такси. Номер был на первом этаже и довольно простой, кровати не слишком мягкие и не слишком жесткие - в самый раз, спалось отлично. Попросил адаптер для зарядки - принесли на выбор. Отель близко к аэропорту, поэтому если вам нужно просто переночевать - отличное решение, тем более за такую скромную стоимость. Рекомендую!

Excellent customer service & fantastic local restaurant.
Pros:

Fantastic staff who helped transfer us to the airport, excellent customer service and willingness to help us as we had a lot of luggage. Amazing local restaurant recommendation too, one of the best Chinese meals we’ve had.
