Все было замечательно! Хотел бы поблагодарить весь персонал, и особенно ребят которые помогали с багажом (из команды носильщиков), все быстро, профессионально и с большой заботой. Официанты также выше всех похвал. В следующий раз только сюда! P.S. Отель похож на дворец и мы с женой почувствовали себя султанами 😊
Great location. Walking distance to all the historic spots. My room and bed were very comfortable I slept extremely well. The breakfast if you get it included is fantastic. Staff were kind and always helpful.
This isn’t necessarily a dislike but think it’s worth mentioning. I chose the room with vertical greenery because I’m a light sleeper and other reviews saying that facing the street can be noisy. But that the room is dark with no natural light. So It was weird in the morning waking up and pulling open the curtains to no light. Although, when you turn on the lights you forget about it and it’s Istanbul so you’re barely in the room.
It should be mentioned that the tours they provide do not include admission to the sites. You are only paying for the guide which is a hefty 250euros.
I’ve travelled extensively and done many tours and I personally think at that price it should include everything.

3rd time staying
Just got off a cruise and was staying for a short period of time. Mostly using for sleep. We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work and had to open the windows
Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, ganz in der Nähe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten Topkapi Palast, Hagia Sophia und Blaue Moschee. Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt an 1000 und eine Nacht denken und hat viel Atmosphäre. Die Behandlung im Hammam ist sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig und punktet zudem mit einem herrlichen Fernblick. Es ist schwer einzelne Namen von Angestellten hervorzuheben, da alle, wirklich alle fantastisch waren, aber Mari vom Conciergeservice - sie war schon in der Vorbereitung unseres Aufenthalts sehr hilfreich - und Herrn Ok von der Rezeption, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat, möchte ich doch nennen.

Très beau bâtiment, mobilier magnifique, personnel très attentionné, la magnifique salle de bains et la vue imprenable sur la mer de Marmara surtout du restaurant… on à l’impression d’être un sultan. Nous étions dans la sea view corner suite avec un lit additionnel et un babycot, pas du tout a l’étroit
Pas grand chose, c’est l’hotel ideal a istanbul. Le quartier un peu technique de circuler avec la poussette mais ca vaut largement le coup

Nothing: everything was perfect !
Beautifully furnished & decorated. The breakfast was amongst the most extensive we’ve experienced & the quality was sublime. Particular mention has to go to the staff with reception being super helpful, Restaurant Manager and Bell Captain & his Bell team who were all very friendly & nothing being too much trouble for them.
