Great location, walking distance to Blue Mosque and TopKpapi palace, great helpful personal, great concierge service who go us great recommendations for the day and tours. Breakfast was nice and plenty - nothing missing, rooms smaller than expected but super beautiful and comfortable

There was nothing to dislike.
Excellent breakfast in a beautifull top floor restaurant with fantastic view, delicious food selection, fresh juices, cheeses, fruits. We had a lovely and very spacious room on 7th with big elegant marble tail bathroom with bathtube I would soke in forever, the bad was super comfortable!. Impeccable cleanliness and very cortuous and helpful staff ready to arrange everything for you. Very nice swimming pool ( and yes, the only drawback is the division of man and wemen so you cannot enjoy it during the day together) The whole place is fool of beautiful ferniture and decors in the ottoman style. True masterpieces you can admire and have them in your room! The location is within the walking distance to Hippodrome and all restaurant, shops and bars we can wish for. We would surely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to relax in comforting ambient and pleasure to engulf in the ottoman style and culture interior. Truly memorable expierice! Would surely come back again!
Maybe some 2-3h during the day for both women and men ( like couples) to enjoy together the swimmingpool would be great!
Our stay at Ajwa Sultanahmet was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. This is truly what a genuine five-star hotel should be.
The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail reflected elegance and quality. The housekeeping staff kept everything in pristine condition throughout our stay.
The service was simply outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay unforgettable. The concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation, while the restaurant staff provided impeccable service with delicious food every time.
A special thank you goes to the Bell Captain and his entire team. They are absolutely fantastic and truly set the standard for hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. They consistently anticipated our needs and treated us like valued guests rather than just visitors. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel.
The hotel's cleanliness, amenities, atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional. The location is perfect for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul while still providing a peaceful and luxurious retreat.
Without hesitation, I can say that Ajwa Sultanahmet is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. Every category of our stay was exceptional, and the entire team delivered a level of hospitality that is difficult to match. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Istanbul and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly world-class experience.
