Vi havde booket to værelser. Da vi ankom havde de ikke alligevel ikke to værelser og vi fik et familieværelse. Vi fik ikke penge refunderet. Vi kunne se der var et ledigt værelse ved siden af vores og om morgenen, var vi af den opfattelse at en fra personale havde sovet i værelset. Man skulle betales 500.000 i depositum som vi dog fik retur. Jeg synes der var en meget ubehagelig stemning da vi ankomme sent og trætte.

The Joy homestay is not a Joy or Fun at all. Avoid.
Pros:

Whats the good thing about this property, humm let me see, if i can find any ? ... couple minutes later, ah yes the bed was nice and comfy enough.

Cons:

1. The door is see-through frosted kind of thing, which lack of privacy, and people passing through can literally see you inside,

2. The room was in upper floor and get direct sunlight in the afternoon which make the room like boiling hot and the big glasses on doors in the bathroom and the main door and window making it like greenhouse, trapping heat inside.

3. The AC is not cold at all, so imagine, the room was super hot as i described on point before, on top of that, the AC is set to 16 degree Celcius and yet only small breeze coming out, the outside is much coller than inside.

4. They charged me 25.000 for 1 hour early checkin when checking out, which they didnt tell when i was checking in, its not about the amount, its just making me like completely offguards.

5. This is not a 24hour full access homestay, they closed and lock the door between 23:00 till 6am it is a hassle to waking up the security guy to open and close the main gate.

6. The owners yell each other in front of me, when they try to decide the bed for me, im paying extra for double bed but yet they still give me twin which too small for me. Another 25.000 different.

7. The water heater was just for 10 minutes and then its cold water. And its leaking, and dripping on the temperature controlling cable.

8. So many ants, a full army, be aware.

Great clean and comfortable hotel to stay at; stayed here one night because of transfer next day! Was perfect and had some restaurants nearby also.
