Everything. Rooms were not clean and staffs were okay. Due to clean issue and bed issue, one of the guest had to leave the very next day but these people charged me full for 4 days though we dint occupy one room. Their staffs asked me to pay directly at property only but while asked for invoice they said it will be sent over email. Since 2 months me and my team following up for invoices and they keep playing around saying bookings.com team will send, previous employees left, owner not available etc etc. They even didnt file gst for the payment they took using my corporate credit card. Pathetic service

Pros:

There was nothing that I liked during my stay.

Cons:

It seemed that the room was not cleaned from months. There was duat on everything. The bedsheet was in a bad condition. Instead of floor mat they used an old bath towel. There was no bucket in the washroom and the dustbins were smelling foul. No toiletries were provided. Months old food was placed in the refrigerator. The most shocking thing was that there was smell of alcohol and cigarette everywhere in the premises. Overall it was the worst experience ever.
