Pros:

Цена и чистота.

Cons:

Персонал хороший, цена качество номеров ок, но вот нюансы о которых нужно знать будущим гостям:

1. Отель расположен среди домов местных жителей. Местные жители рано встают , начинают шуметь, жечь мусор, ездить.
2. Всю ночь и утро кричат петухи , которые там есть у каждого и располагаются рядом с отелем . это очень мешает спать .

3. Окна негерметичные, какие-то старые, поэтому запах мусора, который жгут , звуки петухов и стройки слышан в номере.

4. Завтрак не такой разнообразный как хотелось бы. Местный и омлет. Ни тостов с авокадо, ни вафель ни фруктов там нет. Напитков тоже нет кроме воды. Хочется большего разнообразия

В целом персонал хороший, они не виноваты, что у них шумные соседи и петухи, но окна поставить хорошие герметичные и завтраки разнообразные сделать могли.

Amazing place. Highly Recommend.
Pros:

Property location was walking distance to MJ square and Kota Beach. Good area to find easy access to restaurants and bars. Also, accomodation was very nice, clean, and very presentable. It provided more than just the basic necessities inside (water station, slippers, dental kits, kettles, coffee) which not all accomodations do.

Une famille extraordinaire, aux petits soins, toujours présente à n'importe quelle heure. Logement propre , confortable, moderne. Les propriétaires peuvent vous ramener des scooters jusqu'au Logement. Vraiment une famille adorable. Emplacement au centre ville. Je reviendrai ... merci pour tout

Rien tout était top. Peut être une petite suggestion ce serait savoir des rideaux opaques.

Overall, we loved it here! If we are to come back, we'll stay again at Happynest!
Pros:

Although the property's facade is ungated, but still felt very safe as the neighborhood is just fine. Not beachfront but the public Kota Beach is just 3 blocks away. Accessible to many restaurants. The interior of the house is just superb! Super clean & spacious, perfect for family :) The staff are so accomodating, very homey. Thank you so much!

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were helpful from check in to check out. They assisted us with our island hopping experience. They let us borrow kitchen utensils and they even accommodated early check in at a very affordable rate. The rooms are very very clean. It was a quiet place to stay and very near to the beaches!!! I will certainly come back!!!

Pros:

I truly had a wonderful time during my stay. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I also absolutely appreciate that it's within walking distance to both the beaches and the restaurants. Moreover, I can't emphasize enough how friendly the staff are. They were incredibly accommodating to my needs, and when I had to check out very early in the morning, they kindly offered me a ride to the port. I would certainly choose to stay here again!

Clean, minimalist, and spacious rooms! Had a great stay here in late January. The front desk ladies made our stay warm and stress free! Near to beaches and main street. We really had a great stay! Thank you po. ❤️
