Ottimo Hotel per relax lontano dai rumori del paese ma spiaggia non vicina.

Bella vista, camera grande e spaziosa, staff gentile e cordiale e tutto molto pulito.

Cons:

La distanza dal mare, su booking.com c'è scritto a 350m dal mare ed invece devi andare con la navetta gentilmente messa a disposizione con orari prestabiliti tutto il giorno oppure 15min a piedi, non esattamente i 350m dichiarati.

The nicest views are at this hotel, check the bar terrace for extraordinary sunsets!
Pros:

Wonderful experience for the first time visiting in Koh Phi-Phi Island. We had booked the Deluxe Ocean View room and it was just stunning. Spacious room, comfortable shower, absolutely great view to the ocean and big terrace with seating space. Shuttle services to the beach and town are every 20-30 minutes and it's complimentary. After 21:00 it's additional charge (300Thb) and after 00:00 (500Thb) upon request, so be mindful of that charge.

Cons:

They didn't had soap in the bathroom even after requesting it. The answer was that they don't provide soap in the hotel rooms, so you better get your own hehe. Well, that was strange to us :(

Great views - great hotel.
Pros:

Loved the spacious rooms and ocean views. Great staff at the property and great service. Would absolutely visit this venue again. Breakfast was really good. A lack of English speaking staff but overcame.

Cons:

Was difficult moving around as everything was depending on transport but the hotel made several trips which worked out well.

Fine hotel, but I wouldn’t bother if you don’t have children with you.
Pros:

Good shuttle service to and from the town.
Nice balcony, fine room but far too big for what was in there so felt empty and bare.

Cons:

Can only really back from town after 9pm if you pay 300thb, otherwise you have to walk pretty far up a steep hill in the dark.

Supposedly they have 6 pools, however only 2 were actually full, and one of those was dirty. The others were empty or brown. This is also VERY much catered for children - We were told there was an adult pool but never got an answer as to where….strange.

Service in the restaurant was poor. Friendly staff but very slow, and felt awkward for most of the time. We ordered Prawn Cakes as pescatarians but thought they tasted strange so asked the staff what else was in them for them to tell us chicken! No where in the menu did it state this. Really not good.
