For the dates of December 24th and December 31st, 2024, the New Year Eve Dinner price will be included in the room rate. However, for the extra person, there'll be a charge THB 1,200 per person. Also, for the extra child who is under age of 12, there'll be a charge THB 800 per person.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Restoranında manzara ve gün batımını izlemek gerçekten güzel. Oda çok büyük.

Cons:

Merkeze, havuza, sahile servisle gitmek durumunda olmak elverişsiz olabilir. Ama düzenli aralıklarla ücretsiz servis aracı imkanı var.

Pros:

Property , Room , View everything is really good. Value for money compared to other hotels in phi phi.

Cons:

The location is far, the property is on a hill, so walking to the resort is tough. They provide free shuttle but last only uptill 9 pm. After 9 it is very expensive with around 500bht per person.
Partying late is a problem due to this.

guter Transportdienst, aber auch nötig, da weit vom Schuss

Cons:

einziges Restaurant war immer abends grösste Zeit für Tourengruppen reserviert, so dass man immer erst sehr spät essen konnte, ein no go!

Fint ophold. Du kan tage en gratis shuttelbus hver time til byen og stranden. Så den er du en smule afhængig af.

Virkelig fin udsigt fra værelset.

Cons:

Der var tydelige tegn på slid. Vi havde en meget slem kloaklugt på badeværelset.

Pokój był duży i przestrzenny, jak również taras, balkon, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja

Cons:

W łazience wiecznie nie spływała woda spod prysznica, zapchane odpływy, po wyjściu z pokoju i zabraniu karty lodówka się wyłączała. Dodatkowo ukryte koszta dostania się do miasta, centrum, 400 thb za pokój po godzinie 21:00. jedna karta na pokój

Breath taking views and such kind staff.
Pros:

This is a very particular location. Only 7 minute ride by hotel shuttle from town or the beach. You are however limited to early nights of 9pm or you will need to pay to get a ride back. It was fine for me. I will say the view was EXTRAODINARY!!! The property hotel restaurant is very good. The Breakfast however is not great. And the property has little else to offer than a super room with the view I mentioned. For me it was perfect, others might not be as happy.

Cons:

The breakfast of course, I didn’t order it with my package but went to see if I should. So happy I didn’t pay for that, it looked terrible. The pool/water park takes up a lot of space there and is not in operation. And the beach bathroom both times was absolutely disgusting.

Cons:

Il est en vendu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de luxe avec un grand parc aquatique. L’hôtel paraît à l’abandon. Rien n’est entretenu. Personne ne se baigne dans la piscine. Elle est vétuste. Aucun toboggan ne fonctionne. Vous avez vue sur une grand bassin de récupération d’eau à l’hygiène douteuse. L’emplacement est très éloigné de la ville. L’hôtel propose des navettes qui ne sont pas à l’heure. On a attendu 1 heure une navette.
Hôtel a fuir !!!!

Very disappointing

View from room

Cons:

The Water Park images are at least 10 years out of date. The facility is crumbling. pools empty and in disrepair, and could have featured in an abandoned water parks you tube feature. The views from our room were amazing, but that's where the joy ended. Everything else was a disappointment. We are retired, but had we had a young family and booked on the attraction of the water park, we would have demanded our money back
Transport into town was always overbooked and often hanging off the back of the truck
