Pros:

Nothing, complete scam. Do not book.

Cons:

On check-in day itself, the property contacted us via WhatsApp to say the bathroom broke and not ready for check-in. Asked us to cancel and request for refund via booking.com. No refund was given and no follow up from property after many weeks.

Yessss! Easy access to everywhere, nearby axiata bukit jalil. Don’t worry about convenience store, they have it near to the building all you need is wall.

Cons:

Not sure what because I’m staying for a night only and everything seems good to me.
