Nothing at all

Cons:

The staff was rude, the room was absolutely dirty, dirty bathroom (wasn't cleaned for years probably), bedsheets with dirty footprints on it. We left immediately and they refused to give us money back. Don't even think to stay here.

Nice, but...
Pros:

a fairly large room for this price, freshly renovated, dry, no dampness and smell, new furniture, well-functioning air conditioning, very clean and hot shower. if you remove these two minuses - it will be perfect

Cons:

the bed linen was stained, there was a lot of black long hair in the bathroom and the room, apparently belonging to the cleaning lady
