احلى من هيك فندق مافيه لا استقبال ولا امان وراحه وهدوء هذا غير استخدامهم للمخدات والحاف روعه روعه.
التظافة ومواقف السيارات مريحة جدا واللوبي رائع والافطار والطعام مميز وتعامل طاقم موظفي الفندق مميزين الجميع بلا استثناء وآخص بالذكر التعامل المميز من موظف الاستقبال اسامة التويجري كل الشكر والتقدير وكذلك المدير المناوب سعدت بالاقامة لديكم

I extend my special thanks to the remarkable Hisham Al-Mousa, Osama Al-Tuwaijri, and Lana Al-Shahri for their unwavering support, kindness, and exemplary service, as well as to Mr. Saleh Al-Zayoud and the exceptionally courteous Mahadeef.
They have truly transformed my stay into an experience reminiscent of a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and wish its distinguished team continued success and flourishing excellence.

The hotel is clean and new. Their receptionists, Abdulrahman and Hisham, are very professional. A big plus point is that they speak English well. Their hotel staff, a Nepali named Mahdi, also took good care of us. He was polite and kind. It was very relaxing to hang out on the rooftop where there was a swimming pool. My children also enjoyed swimming. We love our stay at the hotel and proud to stay here because my husband was a part of the construction of this hotel as the planning engineer. Highly recommended.🫰
The only thing we less like was that our check-in wasn't smooth. There was a bit of a lack of coordination between booking.com and the hotel. Our booking on booking.com included halfboard (2 meals) but they didn't see it in the hotel's system. It's good that the receptionist Abdulrahman handled it well. I commend his professionalism in handling such situations. The same thing happened when we were at the hotel restaurant. They didn't immediately recognize that our booking was good for 4 people with halfboard. The staff said that only 1 person was included in the package and we had to pay the extra. By showing them our booking details, they fixed it. Since this hotel is new to operating, we understand the few shortcomings that have occurred. Other than that, our experience staying at this hotel was all good.🫶
