Good rooms and breakfast but some opportunities to improve
Pros:

The hotel is only 2 years old. The rooms are a high standard , clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional . The breakfast buffet is substantial and has a lot of choice. There a huge rooftop bar with great views.

Cons:

I arrived early for check in, which was my issue but it didn’t seem like they tried to get a room read quickly for me. The rooftop bar plays very loud music until late which spoils the peaceful setting. Bar prices are expensive.

Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice room.

Cons:

Can’t switch on the toilet light without switching on the whole masterroom light. Which is inconvenient. Cats were also roaming around the restaurant.

Very memorable in a positive way. Will definitely be back!
Pros:

All the staff members were very attentive and friendly. Comfortable, cosy and serene environment. I had a room with a breathtaking view of Lake Toba.

Cons:

Shelves were a little dusty and floor areas under the bed could be cleaner.

Airco in de kamer is wat lawaaierig. In de kamer hang een soort modem met oranje en groen licht dit was voor ons een beetje storend tijdens het slapen

Fantastische suite direct naast de infinity pool

Cons:

Bijna niets, enkel het entertainment op de rooftopbar in het weekend. Erg hard en had wat ons aangaat achterwege kunnen blijven.
