Spitzenhotel in sehr schöner Seelage mit herausragendem Service
Pros:

Herausragender Service mit sehr freundlichem Personal, bequemer Boottransfer, privater Yachtcharter, hoteleigene Fahrzeugvermietung von Rollern und kleinen Elektroautos zur Inselerkundung vorhanden, es wurde an alles gedacht.
Die Qualität der Küche und Getränke ist auf hohem Niveau.
Die Lage des beheizten Pools ist mit dem Blick über den Toba See einzigartig.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Marianna Resort. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und der Blick von unserem Zimmer auf den See war großartig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das gesamte Team hat zu dem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Ein besonderer Dank geht aber an (Princess) Lia N. Sie war für uns ein ganz besonderer Mensch und wir haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, wenn wir sie gesehen haben.

Good rooms and breakfast but some opportunities to improve
Pros:

The hotel is only 2 years old. The rooms are a high standard , clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional . The breakfast buffet is substantial and has a lot of choice. There a huge rooftop bar with great views.

Cons:

I arrived early for check in, which was my issue but it didn’t seem like they tried to get a room read quickly for me. The rooftop bar plays very loud music until late which spoils the peaceful setting. Bar prices are expensive.

Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice room.

Cons:

Can’t switch on the toilet light without switching on the whole masterroom light. Which is inconvenient. Cats were also roaming around the restaurant.

Very memorable in a positive way. Will definitely be back!
Pros:

All the staff members were very attentive and friendly. Comfortable, cosy and serene environment. I had a room with a breathtaking view of Lake Toba.

Cons:

Shelves were a little dusty and floor areas under the bed could be cleaner.
