Pros:

We had lovely views over the mountain from our apartment.

Cons:

The kitchen was fairly sparse with no proper knife and an old wobbly frying pan. A shelf from the fridge had been left in the oven so when we turned it on, it melted and the apartment was filled with toxic smoke. There was no smoke alarm in the apartment or the corridor which was really concerning.
The walls are super thin that anytime a neighbor gets up at night your apartment wakes up.
There has been no investment into making it comfortable with chairs falling apart and nowhere to sit comfortably after a day in the slopes.

Fantastic location, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise from upstairs apartment … you could add pads to chair feet to reduce.
Beds informally and squeaky. Two broken chairs in apartment. Microwave broken and while reported not replaced.
