This is my 3rd stay here, the property is beautiful so much attention to detail. The staff is warm and welcoming and the bathrobe is the best!
I loved my stay at House of Hutter! The hotel has the best location, right across the old bridge, with wonderful views to the Neckar river, the bridge, the old town, the castle. The lounge is beautifully appointed, furnished with care. My room was lovely as well, with a small entrance space, a seating area, a spacious bathroom, and the bedroom. There was more than enough space to unpack, plenty of counter space in the bathroom as well. I liked the layout of the bathroom as well, the presence of a bidet, and of a real door (not glass!). The bed was comfortable, the pillows soft. The staff was friendly and polite. I requested breakfast in the room for one of the days, and it arrived exactly on time, and with a bonus birthday cake (many thanks!). I will definitely come back, and perhaps request the room with the balcony, for an even better way of enjoying that beautiful view.
There was a minor problem with my shower - i could not get the handheld piece to work on its own, it worked only together with the overhead shower. The reception area air was slightly stuffy at times, not ventilated very well, you could still smell eggs from breakfast even in the afternoon.
Wonderful location by the river with views across to the old town, and only a 10-minute walk across the historic bridge to get there. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
