Modern well equipped apartment close to beach and bus routes
Pros:

Its a modern, well equipped apartment in a pleasant area about 20 minutes walk from the centre of San Sebastian. Very convenient for bus routes and supermarket. Also an easy walk to the local beach. San Sebastian is a lovely city to visit and this was a good base for a 5 day stay.

Cons:

It was a little bit expensive in my opinion, but maybe that is the going rate for a nice place San Sebastian.

Praktische, saubere und gute Apartments - nicht mehr und nicht weniger
Pros:

Gute Lage, mit Parkplatz, sauber, hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, aber auch nicht mehr. Kleiner Balkon, ausreichende Ausstattung in der Küche, wobei zwei Herdplatten für gewisse Gerichte nicht genügend sind. Ruhige Lage und Bushaltestelle auch ganz in der Nähe, wenn man nicht zu Fuss unterwegs sein möchte.

Cons:

Relativ unpersönlich, auch die Personen an der Rezeption waren nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Extrawünsche waren schwierig - wir wollten zum Beispiel das Auto ein bisschen länger stehen lassen am Tag der Abreise, dies wurde uns aber nur bis 12.00 Uhr ermöglicht, obwohl die neuen Gäste erst am 15.00 Uhr einchecken können und der Parkplatz ja nicht gereinigt werden muss. In den Apartments sind keine Grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden.

Een prachtig verblijf voor bezoek aan San Sebastián
Pros:

Het appartement ligt heel gunstig. Binnen 15 minuten lig je op het surf strand en binnen 30 minuten sta je hartje centrum. De weg naar het centrum is levendig en je komt verschillende winkels en terrasjes tegen. Ook ontbijten in de buurt is geen probleem.

Het appartement is keurig en schoon. Grote bedden met heerlijk zacht beddengoed.

Receptie is er niet de hele dag maar volgens mij is er altijd iemand bereikbaar.

Er zijn 5 (of 6) parkeerplekken. Wij dachten alleen dat die bij de prijs inbegrepen waren maar de kosten waren 25 euro per nacht.
Dat staat ook in de advertentie maar hadden we niet goed gezien.
Je moet de plek ook reserveren.

Het is een prijzig appartement maar het is comfortabel en vooral de ligging is heel fijn.

Stilvolle Anlage, exzellenter Service, TOP-Team - San Sebastian jeder Zeit wieder!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist modern, gepflegt und bietet alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt. Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte, Bistros und Cafés. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an die Mitarbeiter*innen. Sowohl die Reinigungskräfte als auch die Rezeptionist*innen waren immer hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles bestens!

Schoon fris appartement, wij vonden het erg dure accommodatie
Pros:

Ruim appartement , groot bed, goeie bank, airconditioning werkte perfect, ruime badkamer, keuken klein je kan geen grote maaltijden maken, eitje bakken prima

Cons:

Kraan badkamer was vies, deurklinken van twee balkon deuren zitten los, kitrand van douchebak niet echt schoon, als de buren op wc zaten/ doortrekken kon je het duidelijk horen, eigen parkeerplaats is wel top maar erg duur
