Pros:

The whole place was exactly as described in the booking, the property manager sent a very detailed guide with ALL information about the place along with dining, shopping and attractions in the city. Very well done!!!!

Cons:

Bathroom was private, but had separate door, that is a bit inconvenient

Pros:

The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating.

Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings.

It was a good location, but a fan or the windows opening would have made all the difference.
Pros:

It was a good location and everyone was very responsive and helpful getting my room and booking set up.

Cons:

The windows in the room did not open, there was no fan in the room or air conditioning. We were so hot the whole night it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom is also private, but not located in the room. You have to leave your room to the hallway and use a code for

Pros:

No AC, room gets hot, plus they make a big deal if u have someone stay to visit. My cousin stayed to have some drinks with me and I guess that was breaking a rule. Worse place I have ever stayed at will not stay again there.

I paid for but never received check-in instructions. Scammed.
Cons:

The reservation required I scan and upload my driver's license, credit card and take a "selfie" (presumably for self-check-in). Later Dreamfyre required a $1000 security deposit on my credit card before providing check-in instructions. When their online interface failed, the property asked for my credit card information over the telephone. Doing so is a security risk. Instead I asked to have my reservation cancelled. Booking.com initially agreed to a full refund but the property denied. Ultimately I lost the entire cost of my reservation and at the last minute I had to find and pay for other accommodations.

Great place in a safe and pretty neighborhood
Pros:

The location is great because capitol hill is a great neighborhood and the public transportation is close.
The room and bathroom were great,

Cons:

It is not directly with the place; mostly, the people that stay there use a lot of takeaways, and the trash they made was all over the place because they didn't recycle correctly and didn't want the garbage in their rooms.
