‎من أروع تجارب السكن التي أحرص دائمًا على تكرارها في الكويت، والسبب بعد توفيق الله هو التعامل الراقي والاهتمام الجميل من الأستاذ Firdous Mohi Ud Din. إنسان محترم جدًا ويعرف كيف يجعل الضيف يشعر بالراحة والاهتمام من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة، وهذا الشيء يفرق كثير في تجربة أي فندق.

‎أشكره كذلك على التقدير الجميل والترقية الذي حصلت عليه خلال الإقامة بحكم أني أرتاد هنا كثير لهذا الفندق ولتعاون وكرم الأستاذ فردوس، وكانت لفتة راقية وغير مستغربة منه أبدًا، تعكس احترافيته وحرصه على إسعاد النزلاء وتقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة لهم.

‎الفندق أيضًا مريح جدًا للسكن، موقعه ممتاز وهادئ بعيد عن الزحام، وفي نفس الوقت قريب من الخدمات المهمة مثل البقالة والمغسلة والمسجد الجامع. النظافة ممتازة، والمواقف واسعة ومتوفرة، سواء الخارجية أو في البدروم، وكل فريق العمل متعاون وبشوش.

‎كل زيارة لهذا الفندق تعطيني نفس الشعور بالراحة والترحيب، وهذا السبب الذي يجعلني أعود له دائمًا سواء في رحلات العمل أو مع العائلة. كل الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ فردوس ولجميع طاقم الفندق على هذا المستوى الجميل من الخدمة والاهتمام.

A Truly Comfortable Stay Thanks to Mr. Firdous
Pros:

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to Mr. Firdous Mohi Ud Din for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and respectful hospitality. Honestly, whenever I visit Kuwait, whether for business trips or with my family, I always make sure to stay at this hotel mainly because of the warm welcome and exceptional treatment I consistently receive from him. He truly makes guests feel at home, and that level of care and genuine hospitality is something rare and highly appreciated.

I would also like to especially thank him for the wonderful room upgrade during my stay. It was a very thoughtful gesture that reflects his dedication to guest satisfaction and his commitment to providing an exceptional experience beyond expectations.

As for the hotel itself, the location is excellent — away from traffic and crowded areas, making it very peaceful and comfortable for staying. At the same time, everything needed is conveniently nearby, including a small grocery store, laundry service, and even a mosque within walking distance for Friday prayers.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and supportive, and the parking facilities are spacious both outside and in the basement. Overall, it is always a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and special thanks again to Mr. Firdous and the hotel management for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality and service.
