Un peu surprenant hier soir en arrivant detre accueilli tres tres discrètement avec a peine un bonjour et pas de sourire. Heureusement ce matin l'accueil était au top. Concernant la chambre, le confort et la propreté : rien a redire 👍👍

Pros:

Really upsetting after driving for hours to come here & find a tiny room! Couldn’t even move around! No fridge! Just looked old and worn down, cupboard very awkwardly placed hard to even hang anything. I guess it served its purpose but will not be going back here.

Pros:

Will not be staying again. The staff are lovely and tried their best to speak English but that’s about it.

The hotel room is tiny can barely walk around. The bed very uncomfortable, spider webs in corners, it’s old and needs updating.

Air con not working, opened the window instead but our room was next to smokers outside and the smell was coming into the rooms.

Pros:

Correct mais pas foufou mais surtout pas de chauffage, il faisait très froid dans la chambre.
J'ai trouvé un petit chauffage d'appoint dans la chambre qui prouve que le problème est connu. Malgré ça, j'ai eu froid. Le chauffage d'appoint s'arrêtait définitivement après 5/7 min de fonctionnement.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé à 2 arrêts de tram de l'aéroport mais qui mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Pas très moderne comparé au b&b bordeaux bassins à flots.
Sinon l'équipe est souriante, serviable et à l'écoute.
